I also played this game on a PlayStation, and the impressions were extremely positive. However, you definitely need to play in the company of a friend/friends to get the full point and content of the game.

Great funky music and characters. Though a platform game, there is a little bit of movement forward to back as well as left to right! Game page says Local Couch COOP only, but it also has a Local Couch PVP as well! Always full screen (no split screen). I was able to do Local Couch COOP with an Xbox Core Controller + an 8BitDo Pro 2.

I think this is my favorite game on Steam with the lowest amount of reviews. It is for sure a hidden gem. The humor and animation is very similar to Stick it to the Man! I love both. The beat em up fighting is pretty good, but because the game is rather long and has a lot of small substories explaining the 4 playable characters, it kind of doesn't match up well. There are also many many side characters introduced and everyone is voiced. I feel like it would have worked better as a wacky RPG or Slay the Spire like team deck builder game. Even when I thought the game would end it would just keep going and going and introducing more characters and new areas. I hate to complain about too much content, but it didn't seem to match with the beat 'em up game play well. The later areas also had some small bugs like enemies getting trapped off screen or your character getting trapped in some stage geometry. All that said it's a great game to play through for the wackiness and story.
