I'm torn on this game. Of course the game looks cute and I didn't find it difficult myself, but it's not totally exciting either. It's family friendly if the child doesn't have to play, because the game would be too difficult for that. I didn't finish the game because it didn't appeal to me completely, but if you like games like this, you should wait for a sale and treat yourself to the game.

A simple laid back puzzle game. While overall charming, the game itself is not for me. Not a bad game just not to my personal taste. However if you're on the fence, picking it up while on sale maybe the way to go

I really enjoyed playing this game. It has a very cute art style and pretty good puzzles. The story and dialogue surprised me in a good way. Soundtrack was also very well done. I really loved the silly elephant costumes. You can tell there was a lot of love put into Yono. Overall it was a good experience. My only cons for the game was that it left me rather confused about the intended age range. Dialogue would use terms that would most likely not be understood by young children, but at the same time the combat would be simple to the point of only requiring the "slam attack", never incorporating the other mechanics (water, peppers, peanuts) aside from the final fight. Still, as an adult looking for a lighthearted game this wasn't much of an issue.

Such a fun, cute game. The puzzles were great and even a wannabe gamer noob like me finished the game with a smile. Loved the music and the adorable elephant!

Overall still favourable, despite some flaws. Cute art style and (sometimes) sound design. I like the elephant. Yes the controls are wonky and can get annoying. Also, some of themes in the game are quite dark and weirdly not-so-child-friendly.
