This app is the best thing that ever happened to steamdeck owners. This allows me to play any game on gamepass including COD black ops 6 and MLB The Show

I recommend it because it does what it says, but I expected it to be more refined as a paid software. The issues with login are huge (I am leaving this review after 5 failed login attempts in a row). It also needs some QOL improvements, like being able to see game descriptions before jumping into a game or being able to mark games as favorite (search is so clunky). It’s still better than other solutions for playing xcloud games on the Deck, but it needs a lot of love.

I’m running the OLED Steam Deck with the upgraded WiFi connection first off. I purchased this app to specifically play Call of Duty Black Ops 6. I was able to get a 3 month deal on Game Pass Ultimate and I’m streaming multiplayer gameplay in 1080p without an Xbox console.

Game changer. Once you install the app and login thats it! I can stream my XB Series X right the steam deck, stream gamepass from the cloud, and stream from my PC with no clunky installation guides and no need to mess around with the steam OS desktop. Worth the cost in my opinion.

So its irritating you cant use the xbox app on your deck. To do this without installing windows i found an app called greenlight for steam deck. Its on github, its great but the downside is you cant be on a different network then your console. the only thing you cant do with greenlight is remote play your console. For me that's a big issue when i travel i want access to all my game especially when that's a feature for your console. This app allows me to do that and if i have Gamepass ultimate i can access the PC side of game pass over any network. Its the same for PC and remote play, you can acces both with this app and xcloud gaming. I definitely recommend this app with one big red flag, your signing in with your Microsoft credentials to access any of these features. which means you have to sign into this app who now has access to your account. personally don't mind this because i don't have any personal financial information on my account, but that's just me
