Iā€™m running the OLED Steam Deck with the upgraded WiFi connection first off. I purchased this app to specifically play Call of Duty Black Ops 6. I was able to get a 3 month deal on Game Pass Ultimate and Iā€™m streaming multiplayer gameplay in 1080p without an Xbox console.

Game changer. Once you install the app and login thats it! I can stream my XB Series X right the steam deck, stream gamepass from the cloud, and stream from my PC with no clunky installation guides and no need to mess around with the steam OS desktop. Worth the cost in my opinion.

XBPlay is impressive and offers a myriad of options for streaming settings. It's important to note, however, that Xbox remote play doesn't run directly over LAN. This is a restriction imposed by Microsoft, not XBPlay. Hence, your internet upload speed plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth streaming experience.

Amazing. Easy setup. Just got a Steam Deck OLED. Don't have an Xbox. Signed up to Xbox Games Pass Ultimate so I could stream Starfield. On XBPlay, using the 'Cloud Login' button everything works great, latency is actually very very good. Especially when compared to my Chiaki4Deck setup for my PS5 (which uses remote play). I really like the no hassle approach. (Buy, download and setup in game mode, no need to go into desktop mode. No faffing around.) Now I just need someone to make this for PS Plus Premium.

I can't believe what a single dev is able to achieve what a multi-billion dollar company cannot. I have a Steam Deck and playing xcloud games using Microsoft's Edge solution has been absolutely insufferable. Until I heard about this program. The difference is night and day. I often forget that I'm actually steaming my game from the cloud because the experience is the same as playing my games off my local storage. And the added bonus is that, my battery lasts forever since the deck itself is not running the games. Don't think, just buy!
