it's not very deep, but plenty wide. a very simple zombie shooter, unburdened by complex logic. has lots of maps, weapons and skills to grind out. just like the movie, it essentially has nothing to do with the book.

The closest thing experience from l4d2, even it has unique mechanics and very fun to play with a friend, but cant say much if you playing solo with bots, i hope the dev can improve the bots.. but overall i really like this game

I initially loved playing World War Z. The co-op gameplay and the thrill of facing massive hordes of zombies with friends were exhilarating. The visuals and sound effects added to the immersive experience, making every moment intense and engaging. However, over time, my enthusiasm waned. The missions began to feel repetitive, and without significant updates or new content, the game started to lose its appeal. Playing solo also highlighted the game's shortcomings, as the design clearly favors co-op play. While I still appreciate what World War Z brought to the table initially, it's no longer part of my regular gaming rotation. The lack of a compelling storyline and fresh challenges has ultimately made me move on to other games.

This review is based on 100% completion and 91.2 hours of gameplay. Recommendation: Would I recommend the game? Absolutely. This is hands down the best horde shooter game on the market to date. I really enjoy all aspects of this game and honestly don’t have any complaints. The gameplay is incredibly fun, offering a large range of weapons to use and experiment with—not to mention the various versions of weapons you can unlock. Coupled with the different classes and their skill trees, there’s a ton of variety in gameplay options. While the maps and modes are somewhat limited, which could make them feel repetitive to some players over time, I personally enjoyed every run. The sound design, audio, and graphics are all solid, but the gameplay and mechanics are the real highlights of this game. The story told through the individual campaigns is decent and easy to follow, but I feel it’s overshadowed by the exceptional gameplay. It almost fades into the background as you focus on the action and mechanics, which speaks volumes about how fun the core gameplay is. While that could be seen as a downside, I believe all the elements work together extremely well to create an amazing experience. The base price of the game is, in my opinion, worth it for the quality and content you receive. However, since the game has been out for a while and often goes on sale, I’d recommend waiting for a discount if you can. Achievements: There are multiplayer/coop-specific achievements required for 100%. Most achievements in this game are fairly straightforward and will come naturally through normal gameplay, though they’ll require a lot of grinding. The only ones to be concerned about are the coop/multiplayer achievements. At the time I went for them, the specific modes required were essentially dead, so we had to create a full group to get them. Just keep that in mind when aiming for 100%.

Left 4 Dead 2 meets Call Of Duty Perks. 8 classes, 20 or 30+ weapons to level up, and 8 episodes with 3-4 missions each (so 35 missions pretty much) Community is mostly good, and has cross platform.
