Fantastic game, very fun and unique game play that has been a really nice break from how all the other grand battles have been lately. this is macro and micro focused so you get a bit of both worlds which is nice. i see a lot of amazing potential in this games future and really hope to see the road map completed because i can see myself playing this for years and years to come. also cant wait for more community made stuff down the line!

The game is good, the dev is getting married (congrats), the only thing to keep in mind is that it's early access. There's ~10 hours of campaign content + custom battles from the discord, and honestly I'd say it's pretty worth it. Bugs are being solved, development is current, game is very worth it for $10. Tip: Embrace the dark side, they have cookies.

This is an excellent game with so much potential. The battles are a blast and make you think. Highly recommend. I never write reviews, I'm making an exception because I so badly want to see this game win.

Just played through the first campaign as the Black Company blind. I... love what is already here. The birds. The light management layer and lovely writing that sells the setting. The birbs. Promise of more units, campaigns, and progressions on the way. My gosh this bird is nesting in my clothing I love them all so much. A map editor with planned workshop support? Daily arenas? I love everything this little game is doing and there's some updates inbound. So know that I adore what is here and can't wait to see what we're getting next. The dev seems like an incredibly responsive sort with a good head on their shoulders towards how they're expanding the game.

The Potential for this game is amazing and its honestly so fun, I genuinely think this is the most fun ive had in a minute. It gives me Road Warden mixed with like total war almost the game currently is pretty rudimentary but if they even put missions in for the rest of the currently viewable map it will be so good. Honestly my only main gripe is that I find often times you'll have way more building resources than you need and the utility of the actual things you can build is kinda minimal even on the hardest difficulties. I think some kind of addition of further buildings would be good or some kind of rework regarding that if possible.
