First I'll list some of the things that need fixing asap: 1 The controls fall apart when facing many enemies, you get stuck in the wrong direction and cannot re-target. 2 Way too many places where you get stuck in corners or hung up on the environment. 3 Super frustrating to be constantly juggling items in your inventory, please increase stacks to alleviate some of it or increase inventory size. That being said I still enjoy playing this game.

Good game. Beautiful graphics. Nice weekend play game, and worth the price for a weekend of fun. Hope the devs come out with something bigger in the future.

Salve, adventurer. Straightforward, easy to jump into linear RPG with greater emphasis on combat/exploration than a narrative rich story (you've seen this before if you played or read more than 3 fantasy tales). Game was put together by a small team, one software engineer and one 3D artist, from a garage out of Romania. Hits that solo hack n' slash nostalgic RPG itch: I'm talking about something crossed between Dungeon Siege (the first one), a bit of Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance, and some of those passionate but glitchy RPG story custom maps from Warcraft III era. You can probably sit down for several days to beat it (12-16 hours) on the harder difficulties doing most of the side quests and maxing out crafting as well. Some other thoughts: - there is a small variety of builds/skill trees (2h melee, 1h melee w/ shield, holy melee, ranger) - despite being linear, there is an open world map in all of chapter ii - game could have benefited from another new large open world map after chapter iii, to work up to the location (and transition) to chapter iv via more main quests and side quests - got the game on sale, went into it with low expectations, things like music and visuals surprised me - devs are super responsive in the Steam forums Other tips (since there actually aren't a lot out there): - there is fast travel and a quest related to unlocking that (seems easy to miss based on scan of forums) - get the stone that allows you to de-cloak hidden chests - unlocking magnifying glass and spyglass can mark resources on your minimap and larger UI map - coins can be hard to come by early on, I found selling health potions good to funnel into midgame recipes - don't sleep on the crafting (gemstone enchantments, belt/bracers, buff food, 50m buff potions, remote stash) - upgrade your abilities by buying scrolls from the weaponmaster in the main chapter ii town (easy to miss) - minerals seem to respawn after ~30 minutes (you only need to backtrack once for mithril nodes) - better fishing rod at end of chapter ii, use it in the dark underground lake for treasure with survival 20+ - get the beserker armor set for an early power boost at start of chapter ii in the bear cave (SW corner) - double clicking i sorts inventory (although I wish it was smart enough to stack same-items)

The game feels a little bit clunky, but once you get accustomed to it, it's no problem, good combat, good story, for the price you can't actually ask for more, better than most ubisoft games in my opinion.

I was skeptical at first but once you get into it the game is very fun. I decided to go full ranger build and its going great so far. was extremely frustrated at first because you miss a lot with the bow and I was gonna give up on the game but, if you hit tab their is a lock on feature and then you just spam click death to your hearts content. This feature saved the game for me because with out target lock on it was extremely rough.
