This was absolutely hilarious, and every actor did a fantastic job of bringing their character to life! I greatly appreciated the livestreaming-friendly option of turning the timer off, which allowed me to stream this on Twitch much more easily and involve the chat in every decision. The story was engaging, and playing to the end and even working towards every steam achievement was deeply satisfying. My only word of caution is to take the content warning very seriously - the warning wasn't presented very sternly, and with the tone of the game it can slip your mind that there is at least one very dark scene in the game. Highly recommended, have fun! :D

Personally i felt more relaxed playing this game rather than Ten Dates or Five Dates even though comparing them is like comparing apples to peaches. Here you have to conduct an investigation among your family members during an online family meet with timer running out and find out who poisoned your Uncle. I failed on my first attempt. Will try to replay. It is a difficult game where you have to investigate with or without arousing suspicion. add - the game is oodles of fun, it involves choosing the dialogue while talking to your dysfunctional family members and uncovering the truth to save your uncle and find the killer. it needs several retries and cannot be done in one without blind luck though.

Good FMV with humor and the right amount mystery and choices . Also, good acting and plot. Love the ability to tab through scenes after the first play through. Recommend.

Well, if you don't take it as an actual deduction game, it's pretty amusing. Lots and lots of pop references, and the jokes and humor are funny. But when you actually want to 'win the game' you have to keep replaying so you can luck out eventually, or you have to follow a guide. The game doesn't make much sense on its own, but it could be the point. Abigail is cute and the only sane person in that room. So in that spirit, I announce my willingness and total availability to give her a better life than the one she has with that psychotic family of hers. My DMs are open! :)

My first FMV game, and I really enjoyed it. The entire premise of the story is weird, but it's fun. The characters are all kind of insane, but that just adds to the charm of a game that doesn't take itself too seriously. Abby, the protagonist, is so painfully awkward that it's kind of annoying, but I thought most of the characters were well done, especially Aunty June, Nan, Toby, and Bradley. Despite all the different options you can make, the flow of the story usually feels pretty smooth and natural. The game really requires no skill because the options are quite random and there's virtually no way to predict which options will give you evidence. In that sense, it's not really a "detective" game. You pretty much just have to remember which options you chose previously and try to choose different ones to get the evidence you need. The game shows you which pieces of evidence you've collected, but it doesn't show you what's left to unlock, which seems like a huge design oversight to me. I ended up making my own notes to keep track of who I should talk to and which options I should choose. Despite these flaws, though, I thought the game was really fun. If you want a "detective game" where you're actually investigating, this isn't it, but if you want a fun little interactive story, it's great.
