Monotonous, repetitive (and not just in game play but in content), but alas, highly addictive. Thereā€™s a charm to it, for the first couple of hours, but after a while, you just, go through the motions, as you go through the same things, knowing what to say to get the best outcome in some situations and playing chance in others and hope it falls into your favour. In short, itā€™s fine, lol. Get it if you want, if itā€™s on sale price though. Itā€™s a lite Recommend.

With the latest December update, Who Needs a Hero? Is really stinking good now. There's so much more to do, more things to unlock, freedom of choice, and it's all built of random encounters with a Yes/No option. The best part so far about exploring this new update is the housing feature, collecting a bunch of furniture items from random chance (Slot machine every now and then) and through unique encounters really make you feel like you're passively progressing at a great pace. The only thing missing would be a character customization on demand but with everything else that has been added it doesn't feel needed.
