Absolutely amazing Game, I Had ended up buying the bundle for these games around the christmas before last because ive always liked interactive fiction type games. I didnt really look too much into what the game was about i just purchased it along with a few other vns at the time and figured id go through and play each of them eventually. Fast forward and these are actually the last of the vns ive yet to finish. Its been alot of ups and downs alot of the vns i looked bought i ended up dropping. Either since i didnt enjoy the games premises or they just werent for me. The last two in my list to complete however have been absoutely amazing. And even at the full price this game would be fair. However even more so if you can find it on sale or get the whole bundle like i did. Im not going to go into any spoilers because id want everyone to go into this game like i did just blind because the exsperience is amazing. One thing i will say however is that when i first came back to the store page i was abit scared about me liking the game because i saw you would be a detective and theres supernatural stuff so i was like okay probably gonna be like sherlock holmes kinda thing. I WAS SO WRONG it was so much more and i adore each of the characters especially our "wife" definetly eventually PLEASE WRITER SHES SO PERFECT Ava is best girl . Sorry for the side tangent this was my entire playthrough after a certain point when the character popped up and everytime i was like marry her PLEASE or id fold so hard. Like it felt more like a VN It was sooooo good. Definetly worth getting if your into a fantasy like romance tale where the romance itself even takes a backseat to the story its soo good and going into book 2. Im so excited and im sure ill be making another review for that one in the coming days as ive kind binged this game like 5 hours each for the last two days. MY SLEEP HAS BEEN RUINED however its worth it for best girl of course. 10/10 so Far this game stands along with some of the best Interactive fiction games ive played.

Everything about this is fantastic, the story, the world, the relationships, the romance, the character building. How your character is reflected in the world and the way you interact with it, and the way others look at you. It goes a very long way to make the story feel much more alive. Most of all, it has excellent pacing, and the writer gives the perfect amount of detail -- being not too wordy, and allowing room for the imagination to fill in the blanks. Yet still there was a great deal of depth and care that clearly went into the writing here. I think this is a genuine, no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, 10/10.

I really REALLY love Wayhaven with all my heart. It's just the perfect mix of great writing style, great world-building (I can still imagine all of the places I've been) and exceptionally great romance. Every character is unique and I made so many friends along the way. :') Warning: If you start reading you can't stop. <3

6/10 The writing is competent, but the story is a bit disappointing. It is pretty much on the rails, with the most impactful choices revolving around relationships (whether romantic or not). I focused on building a professional detective, only to watch him make some very stupid decisions just so the plot happens. Letting a group of strangers investigate the scene without him; stopping in the middle of a deadly chase to ask some questions; letting a 'rat' into the office etc... It would have been nice for my character to arrive at some kind of truth on his own -- there were signs that it could happen. But no, the "detective" is simply handed everything when the writer decides it's time. The story is essentially about him being a desirable meat suit. However, I'm still giving this game a thumbs-up because I've enjoyed the interactions with the characters. There is a lot of cheese, some humour, and a good deal of freedom in how you can treat people around you. It isn't strictly about romance either, so in the social aspect the character does feel alive. It's a fun experience overall, as long as you don't take it too seriously.

I play this on my phone, bought it here to support the artist! I love this game! I've been playing it over since I first came across it in 2020. Every time I play, I'm sucked into the narrative and there are so many options to choose from!
