Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a brutal, fast-paced, and highly satisfying co-op experience. As someone who loves both action and the Warhammer universe, this game hits all the right notes. It combines intense combat, a rich fantasy setting, and cooperative gameplay in a way that keeps you coming back for more. The game's combat is visceral and relentless. Whether you’re cleaving through hordes of Skaven or facing off against the Chaos warriors, each swing of your weapon feels impactful. The weight of each character’s unique playstyle—from the tanky dwarf with his powerful hammer to the agile elf with her bow—is felt in every fight, and there’s a real sense of progression as you level up and unlock new abilities. The satisfaction of chaining kills and coordinating with your teammates in the heat of battle is unmatched. The setting, of course, is fantastic for fans of Warhammer. The grimdark world is beautifully realized, and the environments are both detailed and atmospheric. You’ll traverse through ruins, forests, and desolate villages, all while facing waves of enemies in a truly immersive experience. The soundtrack adds to the intensity, creating a sense of urgency during combat and providing a fitting backdrop for the game’s dark tone. What sets Vermintide 2 apart is its emphasis on teamwork. This isn’t a game you can breeze through alone—cooperation is key. 95% off? It's exactly like a free game. I spent a few hours playing it, and it's a really enjoyable team-coop game with a welcoming community. This game is similar to WWZ / Left4Dead It's really satisfying to break every rat's head with an axe. Strongly suggested 11/10

Vermintide II, is a near perfect game. Its consistently fun, is a horde-clear game with a story, tons of modes, class systems that don't lock you down to 1-2 builds per. The developers cared about the game and flushed it out fully, de-bugged 99% of the game and allowed it to flourish. After playing Darktide, by the same studio, with better graphics... I am still returning to Vermintide because the game feels more playable at any scale. Want to solo play? The bots will use your own classes and won't int you from the lowest to highest levels. Want to grind with friends? Its there and scaleable. Definitely a top 5 game for me.

Should you get this in [insert current year], even though Darktide exists? The answer is always yes. This game is still very good, and still has some aspects that is done better than dark tide. Just look at the time I spent on this game. I would have gotten my money's worth 10 times over even if I had bought this game without sales, with all the DLC. And if this game is on sale and you are looking into getting it - the answer is a big yes.
