Easily the best mini golf game, VR and overall. Courses are always fun and interesting, the hidden balls (normal difficulty) and riddles (hard difficulty) keep things varied. Multiplayer is cross-platform (except the Quest 1 version isn't updated, so not compatible anymore apparently) and easy to join. You can join courses only the host owns (but you can't get balls or riddles then). Par isn't too cruel, the physics feel right, and many of the DLC courses get real wacky with it. It's a great game to just hang out with friends in, and I can't recommend any other game more for that purpose. Update: every DLC course is great. Recommend just getting all of them if you like this game at all.

This game is truly a joy to play. The amount of effort and time that went into creating the game is much appreciated. Searching for all of the lost balls and doing the foxhunts are enjoyable (though some of the foxhunt clues are pretty challenging!). Overall, I really really enjoy this game and plan on playing many more hours.

Unironically the most fun I've had in a VR title even compared to any AAA Titles, the amount of love and effort that has gone into this game is insane, and it just keeps getting better with each update and DLC. 100% Walkabout MiniGolf will always be my favourite VR game

A VR essential If you have both VR and friends, this is a must-have game. It's fun, and depending on the players, it can be anything from casual recreation to quite serious competition. It can of course be enjoyed solo or in quick match multiplayer (9 holes on random course against one random player), but playing in a group is where the game really shines. The base game has enough courses to get you hungry for more, and the DLCs are priced reasonably (3,99€) considering the replay value. When in a group, it's enough if one player owns the DLC course, allowing everyone to play it. I think that is a good design choice. I highly recommend this game.

Walkabout Minigolf has become a true VR essential these days. If you have friends with VR, it's really a no brainer and one of the first games you'd wanna buy for your headset. There are 8 different themed courses included and lots of additional ones can be purchased as DLC, which may seem a little expensive compared to the low base game price, but most of them are pretty good and only one person in the lobby needs to purchase the course in order to play with a group! Even if you don't like to play minigolf irl, you might still end up liking this game. Gameplay-wise it is as simple as you'd expect it to be, but nonetheless a hell lot of fun!
