I once bought a VoiceAttack software key with astra and some other plugins back in 2016 when i was playing elite dangerous with a friend. It was amazing! A couple of weeks ago, I came across that key again. I decided to rebuy VoiceAttack on steam and use my key again. It can take some work to set it back up again (if you forgot how to) but its actually really easy. Then use your voice to activate a command with a keyword or a whole line, and becouse of A.S.T.R.A you can get complete awsers as feedback and let the software input the key commands instead. If you like to play games like: elite dangerous, X4, star citizen, Helldivers 2, microsoft flightsim, star wars, No man's sky, etc.. And decided to use VoiceAttack with your games, then i suggest checking up on this site for the add-on voice packs aswell becouse it completely changes everything into a way more inmersive gameplay. https://www.hcsvoicepacks.com/ I have this program started up when i boot up my computer (so dont bother my ingame time).

If you want to shout at the screen as you play, VoiceAttack is the app for you. It will let you configure voice commands to keypresses or a sequence of keypresses. If you enjoy a variety of space games like No Mans Sky, Elite Dangerous, or whatever the "game" was that they're still making 10 years on, with more funding than any game in history, HCS has voice packs for you !

I've so far only used this for Elite:Dangerous, specifically for the amazing 3rd-party tool EDCoPilot. The developer of that tool included an incredibly elaborate set of scripts to interface with VoiceAttack. It's frankly amazing how much functionality and immersion VA and EDCP add to the base game. I can't imagine not using these tools now. The speech recognition is pretty good. The scripting is way over my head but it seems to be very powerful and flexible. If you're willing to put in the work to set up voice macros for whatever software you want to use this with (or if a pre-configured setup that someone else put together is available), I highly recommend this software.

It is real good software. Discovere it for use in Helldivers. Used it for helldivers and quickly picked up how to use in other applications. Quite a good application overall, and very multipurpose. You can basically create your own cortana if you really spend the time.

Voice Attack is a life-saver (sometimes literally) for any game with overly complicated control schemes. I originally bought this software for Elite Dangerous, but lately I've been using it for Helldivers 2... specifically for stratagem inputs. Coded all the macros myself and it's generated some funny dialogue between me and my friends calling out things like "Bridge, Napalm Barrage!" or sillier ones like "Deploy the Spaceballs Kid's Toy" (it's for the flamethrower for those of you with confused looks on your faces) Making your own profiles can seem daunting at first, but like most things that have an enormous amount of options you just have to trudge through it and learn the system. Once you get it, you get it.
