This is already included in the main game Viscera Cleanup Detail so i'm not sure why it's separate but hey if you wanna play it again, get more achievements and send more money to the dev go for it.

Its a nice standalone game but everything including voice lines and achievements are already implemented into the main game "Viscera Cleanup Detail" so there is no need to download this.

after playing this with 2 good friends one decently normal person and one autistic dwarf, i am going to say that my mental health has severely declined after the dwarf repeatedly knocked my water out for about 5 minutes straight making me go insane to the point where i should be sent to an asylum. Also it was at 4 am. Definitely play this game if you want to go insane and lose one dwarf friend in the doing.

This game is messed up to the max! So basically, Santa went on a Rampage and KILLED all of the elves at the Santa;s workshop and left a Visceral mess for you to Clean up all the Details. Now I don't want to spoile what happens there, but it is a bloody bloodbath up in that workshop! I had a blast playing multi player online and I think I made some new friends I'd like to go out and grab a beer with (a little work related humor, am I right?) We can all agree that its no fun to clean up alone which is why making some new friends online can really make a difference
