Clever mechanics and challenging without being too difficult, 9/10.

It doesn't feel like chess at all, but that's on me for not reading the description. However, it's quite addicting. Some levels are extremely short, but overall, it's a pretty enjoyable game. Thanks to no timer or limited move count, it's also pretty relaxing.

Fun game! I'm not usually a puzzle person, but when I am I'm not one who likes to walk away from the session with my brain hurting, and this game fits that niche really well. It's not without fault. Clicking pieces doesn't automatically deselect the previous one which got frustrating quite a few times, and the game automatically checks if you have solved the puzzle, meaning I accidentally solved quite a few puzzles which didn't feel very satisfying. The difficulty also has a habit of dropping to "pre-school," level for 4-6 puzzles in a row from time to time which felt kind of like padding. With that said this is a fantastic take or games like "rush-hour," and for the price you have nothing to lose.

Lacking variety. After around level 30 it becomes pretty much the same thing: move 50 pieces to the edges. Nonetheless, the price is worth it and the earlier levels do have some fine eureka moments.
