It’s a solid game, no doubt. The voice acting stands out, for obvious reasons. The premise is what really drew me in—“A mystery solving game where you are stuck in a loop until you figure it out?”—but I feel like it didn’t fully live up to its potential. That said, it’s still a fun experience and worth playing. Grab it at around 30-40% off, and you’ll feel you got your money’s worth.

Unhinged plot, kind of bad puzzles..? Not very intuitive - very VERY trial and error. Concept is awesome, execution was poor. It's not the worst thing in the world, it is quite fun for what it is as these types of games are not very common. This is the type of game you usually enjoy watching others play. Also uses an oddly high amount of resources, especially GPU. Had to frame limit the game to 60 fps to prevent it from using 200W of TDP on just the GPU.

Reading the recent negative reviews, I was actually thinking I was going to be very annoyed at the gameplay looping because the reviews made it seem very disrespectful to the player's time. I was very happy when I realized that it really wasn't all too bad. You have ways of both speeding up the cycle a little bit, and restarting the cycle in the gameplay, no menus needed, which is nice. The tasks are quick enough that it doesn't feel too bad to do them over and over, although I will say that it is a little too easy to guess wrong in quite a few scenarios. A little bit of allowed backstepping would have been nice, but not bad. I got to the first ending at about the 2 hour mark. What plays out is a little bit over the top, but as long as you are willing to let yourself be okay with it and just accept how over the top it is, it's kinda fun. I feel like a game like this that is separated out into multiple "12 minute" chapters with less going on per chapter and a massive overarching story that covers the span of a couple of weeks with a Detroit Become Human-esque like chapter selection tree could be super interesting. Could've refunded, but decided to go for another ending. I guess that means I recommend.

I recommend this game for anyone is just bored with other games. If you want to play a game with an ever expanding story with many twists and turns, this is the game for you. Simple on the surface, but expands to places you would never expect. I had many moments while playing that made me truly upset that I couldn't find the solution for a particular problem which made finding it that much more satisfying. Finding some hidden interaction or unlocking a new dialogue option makes you feel unstoppable... till the next problem. If you do play it, my biggest piece of advice is to take your time and try to learn something new every loop instead of just trying to find the end. Truly a wonderful game.
