It's unbelievable how good this game is. Crack cocaine in a video game form. Second only to Titanfall 2 in the movement shooter genre and one of the best FPS games I have ever played. While my current playtime of 56 hours may not seem like much, I know it's a game I'll keep returning to over and over again because not only does it have insane replay value but there's also still content I haven't gone through (secret and workshop levels), so it's definitely worth every penny. Campaign consists of 3 episodes, each crazier than the last, both story and gameplay wise, and each introducing new weapons and gameplay mechanics. Movement is snappy, yet fluid. The chainsaw leg mechanic is so well executed, it not only makes sure you never have to lose momentum during combat and be a sitting duck, but also it makes for a really fun movement mechanic. Each weapon is incredibly fun and well balanced. They all have upgrades and alternate fire modes that make sure every weapon remains useful throughout the entire game. You can further upgrade and customize your movement and gunplay through augments for each body part (similar to Cyberpunk 2077's cyberware). Level design in episodes 1 and 2 is pretty good, but many areas can feel cramped and samey, which can make it a bit disorienting due to fast paced nature of the gameplay. Episode 3 is exceptional tho, just a damn masterpiece in level design. Visuals and cutscenes are beautiful as well, the retro art style in the cyberpunk setting is so well done here. And the entire experience is enhanced by the satisfying sound design and the hype, badass and memorable sountrack. If all that praise isn't enough, keep in mind that most of the game was written, designed and developed by just ONE GUY - Sam Prebble. I do have two problems with the game tho (apart from minor bugs like getting stuck on geometry, vehicles despawning, etc.): 1. Lack of visual clarity - I feel like the contrast between environments and enemies isn't well done, which often makes smaller enemies harder to spot. Sometimes you won't even see them until they shoot at you. Also some areas have really intense neon lights which just turns your screen into pink/red mush. Some may like that, but I'm not a fan. 2. Difficulty balancing - Difficulties up until 2nd highest are a walk in the park, the 2nd highest one could make you sweat a little but nothing special. And the highest one, Murder Machine, is just torture. The jump between these 2 is just absurd. Murder Machine is just a mostly unfun experience that doesn't tolerate anything less than perfection because even the weakest enemies can 1 or 2 shot you on full HP, and the enemies and projectiles move incredibly fast, and add on top of that the lack of visual clarity and you got yourself a recipe for disaster. Hoping to see this fixed sometime. But overall I can't wait for the sequel. Just buy the damn game :D

Super Awesome Game, on my honest opinion should be game of year, the graphics are great, wonderful lore, everything in this game is pretty great and i like all the characters and mostly the antagonist Ripper a sexy cyborg if you like any good game style similiar to DOOM and Frenetic FPS then this game is for you, also for who's fan of ultrakill and both old or modern FPS in general the game will suit you very well and you will enjoy it for a lot of hours, considering the story campaign mode that is very long with an average duration of 16 hours (or a bit more) i'm glad to see in 2024 those are new games who are finally pretty good and great like the classic games that released years ago and back when the devs had talent for make a good game about it. You will feel love in this game and everything in it. 10/10 TOP GREAT GAME EVER.

Damn this game is good. A word of advice, don't play some lame fucking battle pass driven live service or generic open world when you could be rocking out and sawing up demons. Is the combat balanced, no. Is there rtx/ graphics that let you see every pore/hair on every Character, no. Can you jump over a building and turn a horde of cybernetic freaks into a cloud of mist, yes. 9.2/10
