Very good for practicing CDL(Commercial Driver's License). I have my test tomorrow, we'll see. But it can let you replay back-up maneuvers endlessly so that you get the site pictures in the mirrors.

Awesome and a ton of fun! After loving ATS and ETS2 I wanted to try some of the SCS classics and this is probably my fav! I like how the whole game is centered around challenges! Its fun, exciting, and well, challenging! Highly recommend especially if you're an ATS or ETS2 ELITE!

Excellent game for those who want to get into trucking or for truck drivers who want to sharpen their skills. There are some genuine challenges in here and some of the later tasks require you to sit and think about what the best approach is to park all trailers within the gold medal time-frame. Pro difficulty is awesome if you want a challenge considering your perspective has to remain in-cab aside from sticking your head out the driver side window. The game can be a tad glitchy, with one of the most aggravating examples being that unhooking from a trailer can occasionally cause damage to the truck, even when you're totally stationary. As well, this game crashes quite often, and it seems to have a sixth sense for when you're doing well on a task. Right when the gold medal feels like it's in reach, everything turns into a kaleidoscope, freezes, and you're looking at your desktop wondering if you should just uninstall -- but don't! Every crashed game is just more practice...right? Long story short, excellent game but you better have plenty of patience. I would like to see another like this because hours of droning down the highway on American Trucking Simulator just does not tickle my fancy. We need more parking lot trucking games or games with tight city driving, backing off the road during rush hour, etc. The challenging stuff is what makes trucking games fun, and this is the only game in the genre I've found that really appeals to me. Bravo, developers, now make more games like this!

If you are new to maneuvering trailers, this will help you train your brain into doing it more naturally and with less trial and error. I have no intention of getting a CDL, but nonetheless found this game excellent practice even for maneuvering a small conventional trailer in less time and with greater competence and confidence.
