So, where do I start? Trillion is a SRPG where you raise one Overlord over a certain period of days in order to combat one single enemy who has a trillion HP (Get it? Trillion? Ha. I made a funny.) You raise up your Overlord by having them train in order to gain EXP points which you use to obtain different skills (Active and passive skills) and to raise up the stats of your Overlord. Not only that, the game has an affection system in which you give gifts to your Overlord to raise their affection percentage and gain affection points. Affection points plays a huge role here as it's basically a third HP and MP system. Before using your MP for skills and losing HP by getting hit, you use your affection points first. Once your affection points reach zero, you'll be using your HP and MP instead. Because the game has visual novel elements, you'll need to raise your Overlord's affection percentage to 100% in order to unlock all scenes for said Overlord. For the players interested in obtaining all scenes for the trophy, just know one scene in particular, which requires you to have a 100% affection percentage to unlock it, is completely RNG-based. This means you can go multiple playthroughs without viewing said scene which is pretty damn annoying (You can also save after reaching 100% affection and speedrun the days, but again, it's completely RNG-based and not recommended until your second and after playthroughs.) Continuing on, you'll have a total of 9 Overlords you'll be able to use, with you raising only one of them each time. I say each time because should your Overlord die during their bout with Trillion, which some of them WILL on your first playthrough, that's it. They're dead for the remainder of that playthrough and another Overlord takes their place. This also makes getting the RNG-based scene a living hell as you'll need to view it for each Overlord in order to complete the album CG for the trophy. With all that being said, you can actually break the game completely. I won't give the method out though as it spoils the game (and you can search it up). Just know that some sacrifices will have to be made for that playthrough and some skill are extremely broken. This makes future playthroughs a breeze, however, as you carry over some EXP and items, so if you want to speedrun the game, you can. All in all, Trillion is a pretty fun game and I recommend getting it when its price drops due to a sale. The characters are charming, the SRPG elements makes it a neat challenge (If you choose NOT to use the method I referenced above), and it really makes you think about each move as your Overlord's life is in your hands. The RNG-based scene does piss me off a lot though. Really wish it wasn't RNG-based.
