almost 25 hours in with it being just out in early access. What can I say? I like what I like. And what I like is cleaning off some trash, jamming various nonsense together, and selling it to unsuspecting peasants. If you're a goblin like me that loves some good trash crafting, this is for you. 10/10

I enjoyed the demo a great deal, and was looking forward to the full release. It's about cleaning items via minigames and talking to people, and the characters are fun and inclusive. I've seen some concern that there's no way to 'fail' the game, and that's true but also people love the hell out of "Powerwash Simulator" that does the same thing? I don't see the issue. It's relaxing, gentle and engaging.

like the game. its good for chill game while do other stuff since you only need to use the mouse to play. some part that i dislike: the random item from the pouch is so RANDOM that i find many item except the one that the costumer want to buy, the washing cursor is small and only the part that hit the cursor ( not the other part of the sponge ) is get clean. other than that, its a good chill game.

Pretty cool little game, although as of this writing it is in EARLY Early Access, so please don't go in expecting too much content until it's been updated a few times. That being said, the concept is very clearly there and works quite well: get trash, clean it, combine it, sell it. There's a little puzzle minigame for getting the 'cruft' off the trinkets which is reasonably engaging, although it might need to have some difficulty progression added to keep it engaging in the longer term. The range of trinkets is already fairly impressive and they're only going to add more; some trinkets are very obviously meant to be combined with certain others (like a bottle and a cork), but if a node allows you to snap on a piece, go for it. I think the biggest selling point for this game is its aesthetic: Trash Goblin is definitely aiming for the growing market of 'comfy' or 'cozy' games and I think gets the vibe quite well. All the artwork and models have a hand-drawn, cartoony feel to them, and of course there's a cast of loveable and quirky characters you'll get to know in the course of your trinket-selling. To add to this, none of the gameplay is particularly demanding - despite being a shopkeeping game there's no pressure to optimise profit (CAPITALISM HOOO) and although there is a day/night time schedule system you can freely mess around with trinkets to your heart's desire. Don't worry, your customers don't mind waiting outside your shop for days on end. Promise. I look forward to the future updates - in particular I want to learn about the delvers who fetch the trash, maybe do a little delving myself. I'm getting lowkey Made in Abyss vibes from the giant CHASM on the map, but given the tone of this game if there is some mind-breaking horror lurking in the depths it'll probably just offer you tea and biscuits.
