Many people compare this game to HP Lovecraft and Cyberpunk. I say it matches better to Philip K. Dick's work. There aren't really much horror or eldritch abomination elements. However it does fit better for surrealism, escapism, mind screw, and sci-fi.

A short, fun horror adventure game, even if I didn't like all of the puzzles. There were some action elements, but they were actually quite enjoyable and creative.

Somewhere between Observer, Ghost in the Shell, and Blade Runner. Fantastic art direction with at times very immersive atmosphere. This is an extremely small team, mostly two developers. There was a vision here. It may not completely deliver on that vision, but there were moments of real intrigue. There are times the story gets dull, then something happens or you go somewhere to bring you right back in. It's got some frustrating UI issues and some of the puzzle are fairly rudimentary, but we should encourage games where it values narrative and exploration over more mindless explosions.

This game is a lovecraftian walking sim with excellent voice acting. It's immersive and dripping with atmosphere. The story, in my opinion, was fascinating and I'm looking forward to more games from this developer. I really enjoyed this game.

This is a weird game- thematically kind of like a mix between Lovecraft and The Matrix. It's very simplistic for the most part, but it's also atmospheric and weird so it's worth playing. There's just enough complexity to some of the puzzles to at least make you think a little bit before solving them. The story is a convoluted mess that makes absolutely no sense and much of the dialogue is laughably bad, but there is still an eerie atmosphere around the whole thing. The content of the game is so bizarre and nonsensical it's hard to relate to it. Basically you have a character in a simulation going inside other simulations for reasons that aren't really coherent. You don't use an inventory, but puzzles do require you to check journal notes and examine the environment for clues. It's not great but it isn't bad. There are also two mini games that feel weirdly out of place but just add the oddness of the whole thing. There is one that's basically like a poor man's Resident Evil. I kind of wish it was a little longer and it seems silly that they built all those assets for a little five minute mini game, but regardless, compared to most games of this nature the minigames are great. While not a great experience, it is quirky and weird and the audio design in general is excellent. It's worth playing if you want a light exploration game with some puzzle elements and a weird story.
