I used to play Microsoft Train Simulator all the time. It was my most favorite game. Not anymore. This Train Sim World 3 is 1000 times better then Microsoft Train Simulator. I love the switching chores. I even step out of the box, and run my own switching runs. I would imagine doing what I do messes up the train masters work for the day. I love to make up trains with just the box cars, sometimes stealing boxcars from trains that are getting ready to leave the yard. I LOVE THIS GAME !!!!!!

Pros: -Easy to use. -Large variety of tutorials and training modules. -Fairly accurate gameplay. -Nice user interface. -Good optimization for use on lower end computers. Cons: -Alot of the content that is available is locked behind DLC which costs on average $30 for a new route, and around $20 for a new locomotive. -Graphics are a bit lackluster for the landscape, especially considering they really only had to model things around a pre-set track. Feel like they could have used more house models and better foliage packs. Doesn't really affect gameplay. Overall: A decent game for the novice train simulator user, with decent graphics and gameplay and a good value for it's price!

great game i have made multiple liveries and other stuff on thiss game and have a total play time of 127 hours the game is very realistic fun and it has multiple trains you could drive with tutorails on each one and a lot of scenarios

It's really realistic. But, for ICE train, the game may include more detailed tutorials about the operation of pzb, lzb, and sifa for new drivers and those who don't understand German. Also, for diesel locomotives, there should include more tutorials about how to cold start. If the game clarify those complicated operations, I think there is no reason to give a thumb down.
