Although I am concerned about its current direction, I can't say that I am dissatisfied with a game that I have over 200 hours in. Town of Salem 2 removes some of the strategy that was present in the first game, but makes up for it with roles that are generally more fun to use. There are a growing number of micro-transactions, but these do not impact the moment to moment gameplay if you have a premium account. The game definitely has a pretty steep learning curve and can be especially challenging for beginners, but as someone who has played this series for over ten years I can say that I prefer Town of Salem 2 to its predecessor.

A lot more enjoyable than TOS1 in many ways, mainly the new town and coven roles. I miss medium, and sheriff still hasn't been reworked which is a shame. The micro transactions are pretty tedious, esp when it comes to choosing cauldron spells. Need a larger variety of skins too. And taunting. I miss taunting.

I hate this game, atleast half of these people are miracles of science with how little brain matter they have. Will play for another hundred + hours.

Excellent game for wasting time or for something to play when you don't know what to play. Loved the first one and this one improves on it in basically every aspect, would 100% recommend if you don't mind social deduction...or just talking to people in general.

For new people trying to get into the game it's going to be extremely hard considering you need 10 classic games to get into ranked which is what most people are playing. I have put a good 353.9 hours into this game mainly not taking ranked seriously but trolling when I can as NE/NK cause people are less butthurt about it. Amazing game if you can get into ranked and played 1 but I wouldn't buy it until u finished the 10 ranked quota. Classic games can take up to 2-3 hours filling in if you're unlucky.
