I do not understand how anyone from Anatolia or have spent some time there cannot immediately fall in love with this game. Atmospherically, there are a few games that comes close to tostchu in capturing the lonely, melancholic, oppressive vibes of not just rural Anatolia but also 90s in Turkey. I cannot praise the tv enough, the references put sometimes a warm smile and other times a harrowing look on my face as I keep myself busy with making toasts. Its clear to me that the devs know what they are doing when it comes to capturing Turkish nostalgia as well as advertisement; this game was all over my social media. While the game can use some polish and there currently are bugs that kill progression completely, I am sure that they will fix and improve upon this. Probably my game of the year.

Personally i found it fun and enjoyable. Also think that being thrown into the cabinet without telling what to do, make me feel like playing 00's eras games, like the times where you explore all hidden gems and game would still continue you to surprise. Sometimes its annoying but i had fun. Recommended for a chilly/scary game night.

tek solukta oynayıp bitirdim. kötü yanları: - kontrolleri öğrenene kadar üç defa oyuna baştan başlamam gerekti. öğrendikten sonra çok keyifli ama öğrenene kadar can sıkabiliyor. - tüm banknotları, bozuklukları tek tek alıp kasaya koymak çok tatsız olmuş. topluca alamıyoruz ya da ben nasıl alındığını bulamadım. - ışıldağın yanması için önce ışıldak bir yerdeyken üstüne gelip sağ tıklamak gerekiyor. sonra elinize alıp bir yere koyuyorsunuz. bunu çözene kadar karanlıkta kutu aramam gerekti üç gece. - menü dışındaki malzemeler neden var anlayamadım. belki ben varlık sebeplerini bulamamışımdır. biri salçalı tost ister diye salça aldım, oyun sonuna kadar durdu dolapta. - oyundaki bazı eventler bir yere bağlanmayabiliyor. cemaatçi dayı iki kere geldi, sonra bir şey olmadı. sürekli bir tehdit edilme durumu var, kim ediyor anlayamadım. teyzenin verdiği kolye neyin nesiydi? iyi yanları: - atmosfer. atmosfer. atmosfer. oyun o kadar güzel içine çekiyor ki, tam olarak böyle bir dükkan açıp işletmek istedim. - tv ve radyo içerikleri çok iyi. her gün farklı şeyler görsek daha epik olabilirmiş, ne yazık ki tekrar eden içerikler. - oyun mekaniği. bir yerden sonra o başta hiç bir şey anlamadığınız kontrollerden yola çıkıp patır patır tost üretmeye başlamak inanılmaz tatmin ediyor. ben ortalama üç dört saatte bitirdim ama daha farklı sonlar da var gibi geldi. bir ara tekrar bitireceğim.

Had fun serving some disgusting food. Served people 3 day old moldy bread and cheese sandwiches. Kept my old tost that'd I'd cooked a week ago and give it to unsuspecting random people. Dropped the tost in the sink and slathered it in mayo. 10/10

Game wont tell you to do basic things but everything you need is spreaded around the kitchen so if you look around you will quickly understand game's mechanics
