Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist | ★★★☆☆ Half of the game's features no longer work, and the pre-recorded cutscenes are completely broken. There are also occasional crashes, especially when using thermal vision at the wrong time. On top of that, the Ubisoft launcher once again lives up to its reputation—forcing you to log in every time you launch the game. Fortunately, the game isn’t too long, and I enjoyed most of the campaign missions, even though they are quite linear. The core experience makes you feel like the ultimate modern assassin, backed by a high-tech, multi-billion-dollar operation. Unlike many modern games, especially open-world titles, Blacklist still nails the feeling of true stealth. In most open-world games, you can easily predict AI patterns once you notice their roaming area, making stealth feel less immersive. It would be great if they added achievements, as many optional missions would feel much more rewarding if they offered that extra incentive to complete them.

Great game but crashed alot. To fix it just go to the game in your steam library, right click and go to properties, then general and type in -offline in the box and the game will quit crashing.

Definitely worth to play it on Steam Deck, runs perfectly smooth, but a few tweaks still needed after installation to prevent annoying crashes after 30 minutes of gameplay. Story pretty decent, not even close to Double Agent or even to Pandora Tomorrow but gameplay is still fun though. To prevent crushes just put those launch option string before you start to play, and also make sure you are running on Proton Experimental: -offline -offline_mode"-uplay_steam_mode"
