This was OK. It's a meme game with a lot of reference-based humour, probably best played with an audience, about being in a toilet and dying a lot in an attempt to get out and back to the party in the bar outside. Imagine if The Stanley Parable was restricted to two bathrooms and a hallway and you won't be far off, except for me it was a bit more repetitive and not as funny (though it does have its moments). Due to the small play area, the loops are a lot tighter and less varied than in TSP and there are fewer things you can try before you've exhausted your options ("what else can I apply this grenade to?"). The early part of the game where you're obligated to sit in a cubicle and wait for your neighbour to ask for paper (crying optional) was a bit frustrating because it takes so long proportionate to the length of each playthrough; the best quality of life recommendation I can make to potential players is to make sure you mess with the hand dryer until you gain access to the screwdriver for future runs. The physics are a bit janky around picking up and dropping items - at one point I got stuck rocket-jumping on a dropped can of soft drink, which obviously isn't ideal when there's an eldritch tentacle in attendance making sure you don't try and peek over the top of stalls. The DLC is free and adds another area with a bit of Backrooms flavour and a few extra endings. It's always nice to get extra content for no more money, but again the janky physics caused frustration when I had to repeatedly build a stable ladder using only a camera and a roll of toilet paper that kept trying to escape from under me. Overall it's a quirky game with some fun moments and gags that I'm not convinced it's worth the full price; if you can get it on sale and spend enough time online to get the references and/or you have a streaming audience then it's not a bad purchase. All-in-all just a goofy little puzzle game based on trial and error mechanics. Maybe 30-45 minutes of actual gameplay, and then double that for 100% achievement chasing. Quite enjoyed my time with this one

toilet chronicles is about as dumb as you think. the game is incredibly silly, with all sorts of references and silly endings. getting all of the endings can be a bit difficult, especially if you dont know what youre doing. but, the silly death messages are worth the hassle. there really isnt much of a story, but the game is cheap and gets a few laughs. id definitely recommend if youre looking for a short game to play!

Great game, i have had a lot of fun playing this game, it was funny and also horror at the same time and i loved it. I got it on sale at 3 euro which is i think the perfect price for a game this short- i would not buy it at 10 euro i do not think it is worth that much for just 2 hours. If you have the money and feel like playing a short funny puzzle game than go for it, i can't say anything bad about this game.
