‎Just the sheer joy of seeing a titan drop and getting into it is enough to make this game one of the best. If only proper love was given, it would have been better than Apex Legends. There are still some people playing it, so hopefully more people will get into it.

Pros: It's September 2024 and matchmaking takes 2-40 seconds. People still play the PvE (Frontier Defence). Graphics still look good. PvP difficulty is ok, there are some veterans who are impossible to kill, but there are also what looks like relatively new players too. Cons: But it also requires the garbage EA app to be installed on your PC, and even after you quit the game and the EA launcher, it will leave a "EA Background Service" in your processes, taking up a bit of your ram and doing god knows what. Edit: Lol, a day after writing this review the game stopped working for me. It just doesn't launch. Tried clean reinstall - no luck. What a disappointment. Bagged this bitch for only 3$ and it's better than anything Apex Legends has ever shat out in it's entire lifespan. Why tf did they not make Titanfall 3

So far, no other FPS has come close to being as good. The movement, shooting, graphics—all top-notch and still feel almost too good to be true (and this is all, mind you, on the Source engine). The story campaign, though short, is memorable, thrilling, and powerful on all fronts, never letting you get bored. The multiplayer... I'm glad they restored the servers, but it's a shame that new players didn't stick around much. If this game were released today, it would be compared to Baldur's Gate 3 in terms of quality, and people would say, "This shows up those greedy conveyor-belt shooters."
