it's cute... Not much to it, nice to have little critters on the bottom of your screen to play with from time to time. Gets kind of boring quickly ~ not something you can let sit overnight/long periods without management, all your animals will get sick. (once you have all the buildings maxed, it seems ok to leave them running without touching it) It really needs to warn you that breeding gets rid of the animals you select. :( I lost my two favorite animals because I didn't know it deleted them for the baby. "after that the animal parents leave the pasture for some quality time together" does NOT get the point across that "breeding" gets rid of the parents permanently. It should be called merging, not breeding. When you unlock multiple pastures -- only the pasture on your screen is active. There is no passive time/income for all other pastures. So if you're waiting for cubs to grow in one pasture you have to sit and watch the paint dry, the timer is paused when you switch to a different pasture. which also means no passive gold income. You also have to move all of your buildings between the pastures, you cannot have multiple. I guess the extra pastures are just meant more as extra storage space. Edit : I've have the game crash multiple times when transferring animals to different pastures.

It's more like a cute interactive desktop decoration than a game. Nice animals walk along the bottom of the screen while I'm working or doing something else on my PC. It can be used simply as a pleasant decoration after completing all the goals. Though I would like it more if it were possible to make the "pasture" look like a piece of wild nature, without human-made elements. Most of all, a cleaning facility could be represented by a scarabaeus dung beetle, and a breeding den could be a cave in rock, just as different skins. Owls, leopard cats or lynxes would be nice additions if there will be any expansion. All adult deer having antlers feels too inaccurate for me. 8/10.

Have it open on your 2nd monitor, put on a Stardew Valley desktop background, put the music on low, go about your day on your computer, play a shooter game, a horror game, watch your anime and shows then switch to it occasionally and lift up that red panda. Life can be calm.

This is my first desktop pet game, I bought it mainly because of the cute animals and the affordable price, didn't expect I'd play for long. Originally, I thought it would just be a decoration for the wallpaper - a quick glance at the animals between works. I play this game on the release day, there are only a few species to choose from, apart from pandas, most are common. But I was wrong. After setting up my farm, I found myself unable to stop watching the animals, even though there’s not much to do other than feed and clean them. However, to be honest, this game needs more testing and polishing due to performance issues. The most frustrating one is that if the farm length is shorter than the default full length, there are problems with clicking, opening, and dragging icons on the desktop. It's ironic that a desktop pet game has such issues when it’s supposed to be designed to work seamlessly on a desktop. There are also some problems with incorrect achievements being awarded. Additionally, the pet area settings are very limited - You can only choose between two preset heights, one is too low and the other too high. Aside from the performance issues, there’s one particular feature I found unreasonable. I purchased the automatic poop cleaner and maxed it out, which was costly, yet it doesn’t work all the time. I was surprised to still see poop around, especially with sick animals. Upon reading the description, I learned that the cleaner is programmed to "rest" occasionally, which I found ridiculous. I hope future updates will add a switch so players can decide when it should be active. Another thing is unlike Wallpaper Engine offers automatic start-up at boot, this game doesn’t. This means you have to keep Steam running before play. Right now the game is still buggy, with a limited selection of animals and farm decorations. However, I’ve played for 2.5 hours and I’ll probably continue for a bit longer. I can’t fully recommend it but if you like cute animals, you might enjoy this game. 🦊Tiny Pasture Review 🐼 This is the most adorable game ever! The animals are absolutely precious. Idle/clicker games like this, which sit at the bottom of the screen, are becoming really popular—and I have to say, this is the best one I’ve played so far! There’s a great variety of animals, from rabbits, cats, ghosts, and pandas to even slimes! In total, there are around 15 different species. Each animal also comes in different rarities (e.g., 1 diamond, 3 diamonds, etc.), with unique appearances, so even if you have a bunch of the same species, they’ll all look slightly different. You can also breed animals if you wish, but it’s entirely optional. One of my favourite features is that you can name your animals or warehouses and even keep them in their juvenile stage if you prefer to have cute babies instead of adult animals. There are loads of adorable decorations to customise your pasture/warehouse, and I loved that you can have more than one! The progression feels really well-balanced, which is great—some idle games drag out progress too much, but this one gets it just right. It’s a perfect game to have running at the bottom of the screen while working, studying, or just relaxing. You can even pet your animals, and each one has its own unique animation! My favourite has to be the capybara. Don't forget to scoop da' poop! 💩 Tip: If you want to find more reviews like this, check out our curator page [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/41527689/]Moon's Tea House
