The bad: Tiny and Big is a drab-looking platformer with a frustrating dialog system (unless you read 1,000 words per minute) and humor that misses more often than it hits. The final boss battle is painfully frustrating (at least with a controller). The good: The game provides you with an excellent tutorial and a slew of fun tools that allow you to slice, dice, and manipulate the world around you, then challenges you to either climb up, up, up, or descend down, down, down. This core platforming through destructible environments is very engaging and leads up to a fun (albeit frustrating) final encounter. Thankfully, and good outweighs the bad and I can recommend this title for the $1 it often drops to and the ~2 hours it will ask of your time.

Even after revisiting this game after 12 years, I still do not know why there's a card for a seemingly cut character The Jojo Clown. There is 0 info on the dude! Amazingly stable physics powered by a custom game engine: scApe Dripping with style. Worth the 3-5 hours. Would love a sequal. If not just to have another game that isn't Unreal or Unity. (there is some neat, mostly undocumented movement tech with the physics tools that Im sure a more clever person could use to clear these levels in bizarre ways)

TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! We're doing it in a completely different way today! I can recommend this game to the following gamers: If you don't care about story and you love to play games with the keyboard only, knock yourself out! If you want to die a thousand times in stupid and illogical situations and have a fable for bad moods and anger, then this is your game my friend! If mediocre music is exactly what makes you dance and you can't relate to the term sound design anyway, then Happy Birthday! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! If you've always been looking for the perfect example of: Good idea but incredibly poorly implemented, or you have no life and you don't care about your life-time, allow me to introduce! I can't recommend the game to people like me under any circumstances, just keep your hands off it, even on sale you'll regret it!!! In terms of playing time: I had 15 minutes of fun, was surprised for 33 seconds, was annoyed for almost 4 hours and mad as hell for over 2 hours. TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! TRY AGAIN! Wonderfully unique game that has a lot of character and cool gameplay, You ever play a game to check it out and end up beating it in one sitting? Well that was my experience. I was hooked immediately by the gameworld and gameplay of using your grapple hook, rocket and legs to traverse large landscapes. It’s essentially a 3D physics based platformer but the cutting laser lets you slice and dice rocks or other objects in order to forge a path onward. This lets your creativity run wild. You can solve puzzles or blaze new paths in a myriad of ways however you see fit. The sense of scale is palpable. You see that giant pyramid way off in the distance? Guess what, you can actually get there and you’ll need to use all your tools to slice and dice your way to the top. This is a must play for anyone who enjoys 3D physics-based platformers.
