Gorgeous little game. Love the art style. I didn't play long due to the rogue-like gameplay, but this game looks so much like the upcoming Plucky Squire and that game is a linear narrative adventure game, so I'm excited to be able to play that game more after getting bummed on my short time with this game.

if you're looking for a simple but very good looking roguelite, this is a very solid and fun game. The negative reviews are probably complaining about hardcore mechanics (completely reworked on later updates) or too high expectations for a game that aims to be nothing more than a short charming adventure. Go in with low expectations and you'll be surprised by how much fun you'll be having. Definitely recommend if you can buy for less then 10 bucks. So wishlist it and wait for a sale.

I honestly dont understand the Mixed reviews. I know at one point the mobile version had controller issues but this seems to run great on the Steam Deck for me. If you are looking for a colorful old school Zelda style game, give this one a shot.

Amazing game, each session is around 5 hours if you insist on clearing everything, But its eniterly optional, Even if you just got half an hour to play, you are making progress, as next time you pick it up, you are stronger than before. Just make sure you die, so the levels earned gets transfered to the next character you start with. If you want lore, then read a book instead, This is a game that you can pick up n play at any time, even years later and still have your progress from before but also starting fresh at the same time. Music is good and up-beat, artstyle is great. You do not have to stress cuz of the timer thing, just play at your own pace, and you also collect a type of currency dropped by monsters, etc, which u can use to buy some or all (depending on how much you earned), of the bonus powerups (basicly equipment), that youve found. for your next character. Don´t feel like you are missing out éither, things are randomly generated (not sure to what extent, but, yeah, this game is like a easy n forgiving rogue-like, that does respects your time, with colorful art, and happy vibes.
