Modded it's really good, I would say that it's worth getting this over Guild 2 due to graphics and QOL. The game is a solid 7-8/10.

Would have been a great game if it came out 10 years ago. The game is good, but it feels unpolished. I wish they kept the perk system from TG2. AI needs a rework to allow workers to carry more than one stack of ressources; This makes it extra hard for gathering jobs if the natural ressource is far from the business. Crime is way too easy in this game, only other dynasties can press charges against you, so if you want an easy game just get a max level wife with lots of items, buy weapons and kill every dynasty head one by one. After that there's no real competition for businesses, and especially politics since the AI always favours you. The front store system also needs a rework, my first few games I always ended up with bad reputation with every city I had businesses in, just because I marked up the prices. Started at 115, then 110, then 105, then the basic 100. Why would you make that an option if it always tanks you reputation? The flee mechanic, what a joke ! How could someone run faster than someone on a horse with max move speed bonuses? This one just breaks the immersion for me. And what's the point, if the npcs just go to their houses everytime? You just have to camp there and keep attacking them until they run out influence so they can't flee anymore. Despite these issues, the game is a great successor to TG2, the learning curve is a bit steep because there isn't much information about the game online or with the help section ig. Get this one on sale!

After just 11 hours of playing Guild 3, I can confidently say I'm hooked. The game offers a rich blend of strategy, economy, and medieval life simulation that keeps you constantly engaged. The attention to detail in managing your dynasty, from building businesses to navigating the political landscape, is incredibly satisfying. The depth of gameplay, combined with the unique historical setting, makes every decision feel impactful. The learning curve is just right, and the more I play, the more I discover. I'm excited to see how my dynasty evolves as I dive deeper into the game. Guild 3 has quickly become a favorite, and I can't wait to spend more hours in its world.

I waited a long time to give this one a try because of the rough launch and bug reports. I picked it up on sale and it's been fantastic. Playing multiplayer with absolutely no issues and having a blast.
