Hello. The Frostrune is a very chilled, very beautiful and very satisfying experience. The gorgeous artwork and ambience make for a very dreamy play through. It is quite a short game, but well worth the price for the vibe alone. The music and use of language also make it feel very authentic to it's setting. A wonderful time. I highly recommend.

I got goosebumps the moment I solved the singing puzzle and come back to the spirits harmonizing their voices. One of the best hidden object/puzzle game out there, especially if you like Norse mythology.

YES reluctantly. For an afternoons entertainment, OK. I don't really see the point with all the Norse legends you could easily have made this the base for a longer more meaningful story.

I first played it for free on Android. I adored the story, the graphics (all the tools and earthenware are reproductions of what was used in Norway when the game is set), the game play, the puzzles, the Norse language (the soldiers' song is hauntingly beautiful: basically I play it again for that alone): it is clearly a labour of love. Well, I loved it so much that I bought it on Steam...
