Second best single-player The Backrooms game after "The Complex" and "POOLS" , in my opinion. You can tell it's a passion project and was crafted with a lot of care and attention to details. I can appreciate all the hard work put into it. I played before and after major update with Chapter II , when Chapter I still had 4:3 resolution. I honestly liked that better and it had way better lighting throughout the whole level. But when it comes to the latest Chapter II , game shines in its full glory with full-screen and nice realistic effects Unreal Engine 5 can offer. Honestly, just one ocean level alone worth buying the game. It's been awhile since I felt anything like that while going through it. The dreaminess of the neon pool level along with its beautiful soundtrack was mind-blowingly mesmerizing, totally loved the vibe. Thank you for the experience, Vini. Keep going and best of luck.

Easily one of the best Backrooms games around. Graphics are incredible and the spooky/eerie to Serene/peaceful and "nostalgic" environments are paced really well. Tape one is a great introduction to the world and Tape two is such a neat step forward with introducing a real story. Excited to see where the game goes moving forward. I'm playing it on Steam Deck btw, it totally works! You just have to map the controls yourself if you want to play handheld or with a controller.

Its a good game, nice balance of scary and chill. I'm not too practiced on my SCP lore however I doubt the SCP foundation and the backrooms are supposed to share the same game but ill give it a go. Graphics are pretty good and the controls are alright.
