Love the game just wish they didnt abandon the type of game play. I'm fine with the no longer be update or expanded... make another with the same game play call it Tharsis 2 or something. Did it really sell that bad????????

Truly enjoyable with decent replayability value. A nice little game.

It's a decent game. There's a story there that could be fleshed out. It's got pretty simple mechanics. It's more or less a simplified Oregon trail in space with cannibalism. There's really no depth to the characters. They're pretty much just a face, name, and special ability. I don't know that it's worth the fifteen dollars that it's priced as in the US in it's current state. That being said it's an entertaining time burner. If you've got fifteen minutes to burn before you need to go do that thing this isn't a bad choice.

Before you load up, go to settings, properties, betas and type in tharsisforever in the private betas box, select the new option in beta participation called newbetas - for atrophy-related crash avoidance. If you dont, the game will probably close as soon as you hit the start button

Dice are easier to understand for my puny strategyless brain Makes you feel clever and dumb within just one roll Very fun, lovely soundtrack and I hope there's a sequel or spiritual successor one day
