This is a fun autochess game that fills the solo variant for the genre quite well. Completely removes the high stress timed factor that nearly every other of it's peers utilizes. I do wish they would have a person who actually speaks English as their first language do the translation, since what is currently in the game makes for a frustrating experience. The current translation is plain AWFUL.

Like a toy building kit. Got a pile of different pieces, choose some, stick them together, shuffle around a bit and watch how well your creation work. Tweak this, change that, rinse and repeat. Very addictive formula with quite a lot of layers you can (but don't necessarily have to if you're not into minmaxing) take into consideration.

PROS: + nice fresh autobattler concept + no time stress + items + active spells + tons of combinations + graphics + replayability + price CONS: - font should be bigger on 4k resolution - if i have 3 same items in inventory, game should let me know it, its frustrating to watch all items after each round - some skill description is not clear what the skill do (this can be only my problem) CONCLUSION: For 10 Euro it is perfect PvE autobattler (and actually only one) For me 8/10

Do you enjoy autobattlers but find more fun in longer-form, singleplayer experiences? This may scratch your itch. A little rough around the edges but this has the potential to be a new genre-defining game. If you enjoy roguelikes -- Slay the Spire, Monster Train, etc - you most likely will enjoy this game If you enjoy autobattlers -- Teamfight Tactics, Dota Autochess -- you will most likely enjoy this game If you enjoy both of these genres -- you will undoubtedly enjoy this game. Just be warned -- there is very little tutorial and no hand holding, so it may take you a run or two to understand the MANY systems at play here (and there are a lot of systems). While this makes for a steep ramp, this also makes for a ton of replayability. Pros: - Big potential to combine complimentary genres, very early access and still uniquely engaging with tons of content - Very high replayability - Difficulty ramp that makes you think about setting up for late game at the onset. - Lots of mechanics and systems to learn synergies and optimize (see cons) - Equipment is very well done with a lightweight crafting/upgrading feature, and forming sets of equipment to unlock new benefits (a-la Diablo, WoW, Grimdawn) - More time to strategize, think, and even relax compared to multiplayer-only autobattlers Cons: - Synergies between characters could be more obvious, shown more visually, and feel like they have bigger impact - Typos need to be fixed, but not a big issue in my opinion - A "mock" stage to introduce all the systems with onscreen text or narration. A 15 minutes mechanics tutorial preferred. - Will be difficult for beginners who are unfamiliar with autobattler mechanics, or difficulty ramps of roguelikes. I will update my review as the game gets updated but overall would 9/10 recommend -- especially for those who have patience for early access games that need a little polish.

I didn't expect much from the screenshots/trailer before I bought the game, but surprisingly it has a lot of depth, and replayability. It's gameplay loop is somewhere between TFT and The Dungeon Beneath. Game is a lot of fun and while the first few runs might feel easy, once you start stacking the gems later on it really ramps up. Provided they update the game regularly I'm excited to see where this goes. That said the game needs a speed up option, as well as other options in the menu that alter graphics, sound, and add hotkeys
