Great game with some potential! But please, man please for the next upcoming updates or future released games I beg to install an attack animation soundboard in these type of games. I play alot of them and rest assured, the attack animation actually hurts my gaming soul. I would love to see this game with some sword audio, even a sword being smashed against a rock with a TING would be fantastic compared to its current sound status. I just can barely stand to play it knowing the sound is coming back as soon as my sword is swung again. Please can this be worked on or towards? Much love!

There are several characters to choose from, each with their own skills. The game's graphics are retro, with relatively rough modelling and a strong nostalgic style. The gameplay is simple and easy to learn, not too difficult. It is suitable for killing time.

Overall: 4/5 Gameplay: 4.5/5 Story: 3/5 Graphics: 3/5 Localization: 2/5 Support: 5/5 As a fan of the xianxia/wuxia genre, I am always checking out games that fit in these classic Chinese themes. Gameplay: 4.5/5 Tales of Spark has a well established style of gameplay. Classes are locked to characters, the movements and combat is very smooth and enjoyable. Although isometric, falling behind the currently preferred 3D, the combat has an extremely solid foundation and actions are very fluid, monsters and boss patterns learnable but ever increasingly hard as the story progresses, pushing the gameplay factor to top tier. Character builds are varied but there are not a wild amount of builds that are effective as with most games. Story: 3/5 With the current version, the story has not progressed very far. In contrast, the gameplay to story ratio has potential for further improvements. The story itself is mildly interesting and characters are not deeply fleshed out and mostly have straightforward personalities. World building is not extensive either, but is still present. Graphics: 3/5 Graphics options are present for low end devices. Although not boasting visually stunning graphics, it is not unpleasing to the eye. Some lag may be occur on high graphics when there are large amounts of entities within the player radius but is usually only the case in certain open areas. Localization: 2/5 Unfortunately, the game is plagued by translation issues across many languages due to machine translation. While most translations can be understood by a player, there are a few certain crucial translations that are important for the player in the endgame. Support: 5/5 The developer is contactable and very responsive, usually replying within a day. Although barred by the language barrier, the developer is still able to address any issues and gameplay questions that you have to offer. Overall: 4/5 This potential this game is unquestionable in my point of view. With the current solid ground foundations, as long as development continues steadily, this is a game on its road to success. Personally I enjoyed the progressive gameplay the most. As your equipment gets better, you can farm more difficult bosses.

Wow, how is this game less than 15 bucks? Full voice acting, English translation is quite good, great music, progression and skill systems are all excellent. My only complain is that I need flying skills. Have not reached end game yet, so I hope there are more to do beyond the side quests. I want to be completely overpowered and one-shot everything.

Don't have too much playtime at posting, but there is likely something here for people that want a different flare. Currently it looks like there are 3 build types in the game. 2 melee and one summoner like class, with a fireball caster added soon. I think the items, skills and tree all have interesting things going for it. Although it is really slow to start its not to bad by the time you get rolling.
