Very fun so far! Old School Zombie vibes deluxe! No "special" zombies, just pure Day/dawn/Night of the Living Dead feel - and i'm all for it! - BUT..... Online required.. Yea, you can technically play it solo but.. not really. And the online servers for me is rarely under 300 ping. Playing on Pub Server a lot of the zombies "dies" visually, then you start to take damage and realize it did in fact not die, and is suddently popping up again - often inside you since you were going for the potential loot. This is so common that in the end I expected them to do it. Thumbs up for the game itself - it's Great! - but I will most likely not play it anymore - at least not until I can actually play it alone - or a server pops up with a fair ping (Solo play is always failing to connect and yea, it's probably a firewall thing but i'm not going to mess with that just to play a Solo experience..)

This game is pretty great, despite its prolonged development, which has cast a shadow of doubt. Recently, it's made huge strides, but I can’t see it working well as a massively multiplayer game—people would just camp at car shop zones, gun stores, etc. It would be better if the developers focused on single-player and co-op modes with friends, and leaned more into fear-based gameplay, like "Nether" did before hackers ruined that game. A big downside is the lack of direction. You could easily survive by doing nothing, just sitting in a house. But if you know what’s possible—like getting a car working, powering a house, finding weapons, and fortifying your base—the game becomes really fun. Another annoying issue is the huge "PRESS E TO INTERACT" prompt that constantly pops up in the middle of the screen. It’s distracting and forces you to look down to see things. Also, running over zombies can glitch them into your car, causing it to take constant damage until it’s destroyed. Despite these flaws, this is one of the best zombie survival games I’ve played. If the developers fix these small issues and add more direction, it could easily gain a massive player base. I’ve allowed comments on this review, so if you have any suggestions, definitely leave them below.

Survive the nights is a hidden gem! easy 1000+H game there is so much to do and look at! every place you loot is different the towns/citys of Black Island is a risk to loot! so many just walking around one sound and they are running and one mistake its over for you you can fully customise the settings and change the entire game to work for you! you can make it a loot/walking sim or a full on PTSD sim Black Island is a very good size of 64 skm you can walk it or fix a car/Truck/RV and live in it weapon play is very good so smooth Black Island feels lived in like it was once a place of life and now its dead.. most games miss that Honestly this is better then Dayz and 7 days to die if you are thinking about getting this don't think just do it! but.. there is a but the development team need to add some more to the experience like last hope safe zone only open during the day would be very cool it can have a trader and with people giving missions and a gunsmith and car guy to customise stuff random military checkpoints to loot random police/fire/military cars/trucks/APC/tanks railway net work/tunnels dockyard with a ship smoke grenades. grenades. molotovs. glass bottles for sound weapons need a bigger variety like 357mag 44mag revolver/lever action a 12G pump / 1887 lever action and 308 hunting rifle with a mag some other military pistol/rifle/sniper would be good too.. M249 SAW? M60? :-) and a paint brush to fix the house i live in! my walls have paint falling off Im looking forward to seeing what the future development brings! But for a small team like a2z interactive you are doing really... really well with this game keep it up!!!!!!!!

I love this game. It is extremely addictive. I would recommend this game to those who wants to play a total sandbox type zombie game with building/crafting mechanics. Where you can chill with your friends or have some PvP or PvE type fights. I understand that it is in early access stage, that is why, here are some good suggestions. 1. when you run over a zombie, the car/truck/RV gets stuck live you just ran over a rock. This also happens when the zombie crashes on top of the car. 2. There is constant blinking interaction menu when driving RV. 3. In the prison when you enter main cell area(not sure what it is called but it is the round building with all the cell and control tower in the middle, There are constant blinking black boxes (specifically in the centre of the screen). 4. When you quit the game, the server or something from the game does not close, so according to Steam you are still playing the game and keeps adding hours played in the data. (the app that is still active is called "STN_DEDICATED_SERVER.EXE)
