Supraland is one the best videogame experience I have ever played. It's funny, it's fair, it's hilarious, it's challenging, it's light, it's brilliant designed in map, levels, upgrades, story. I still can not believe the entire world is not playing it right now instead of crushing their brain cells on CS2. I could play the entire franchise of Supraland for my whole life and still be happy. Long life to SupraGames!

So far the only adequate representative of the classic metroidvania in 3D. The puzzles sometimes break your brain and have several solutions, but they are great. The humor is great. But the most important thing is the spirit of exploration. I love it.

Supraland Six Inches Under managed a feat few sequels did : being better than the original. The game polished the few rough edges the first installement had while retaining everything that made it fun. It's basically a new world to explore with new wacky adventures to be had. What impressed me the most is the ability the game has to let you stumble upon secrets or out of bound areas, giving you the impression that you're trespassing or breaking the game, when in reality the world has been so carefully and so beautifully crafted to lead you there. Nohting is off limit, you can go and will go everywhere and you will have a ton of fun doing so.

Additional notes: well I must say Six Inches Under is still a good game, but out of the 3 available Supraland experiences... I think it might be the weakest? It is good, for sure, it is not bad, but is it great? I don't think so. Supraland was much more innovative, longer, went further in terms of level design etc. Here? You can basically finish the game in a couple of sittings, but then the game wants you to go back to every places to complete it 100%, arguing THIS is the game. To finish the game 100% IS the game. I kind of disagree with that, finishing a game 100% used to be an added value (albeit, an amazing one if consequent and varied) to an either great or bad game. That does not make the game! So here, I was having relatively good fun (the story is okay although a bit more dull and heavier than the original one) until the credits appeared... and I thought it would be like in Supraland Crash, a joke, the game would continue... but no, what continues was literally "now go back and collect everything!"... That was a bit disappointing. At my age, with the time and all, I have no luxury (and most of the times neither the intention) to go back and finish a game 100%. There is not much point to it for me! So yeah, there was some good stuff (nice big easter egg story wise linked with Crash DLC), some parts of the world are well designed, but some puzzles are a bit too "wtf" (the beach), and overall the game arc feels wrong. I think this game should have been a DLC like Crash, and now I think that Crash was much better designed in terms of story arc, game arc, and puzzles. Now I really look forward to Supraworld, hoping the series can renew itself or sublime itself in a different way!
