This game is visually appealing and the gameplay is fun but a little repetitive. There is no one telling you what the story is which I love because it leaves you to your own imagination. One of the annoying things about this game is that enemies besides the bosses are very limited along with their move-sets. After about 15-30 minutes into the game you see all of the enemies you'll see in the game. Now this game is pretty short but It does seem like it drags on just a tad. But one of the best things about this game is that the combat is fun, its almost like a beginners souls like since you have to dodge, parry and attack. The boss fights while they were easy they were pretty fun. I was genuinely excited to fight any enemy, even if they didn't have an extensive move-set. I'd give this a 6/10

For me, with only 2 hours yet, this game is really incredible ! The Art style looks amazing and omg, the work for the FXs is just wonderful... The gameplay is really nice too, that's cool introduction to the Soul's Like There is maybe some point to improve but the major part of the game is a real pleasure and for a first game, if I looked correctly, this is so Good !!! Great work from the Team !

I usually don't like games that require parry I'm terrible at it, but thus game deuterium requires it but is not impossible like I feel some other games are. About halfway through and really liking it so far

A short, straightforward, and visually-pleasing experience. Strayed Lights is an wordless, atmospheric action game about growing up and confronting your inner demons. The key combat mechanic involves color matching your opponent while parrying blue or orange attacks, which heals you and fills your energy bar. Purple attacks cannot be parried and must be dodged. Combat is at its best during boss fights (which all feature a single opponent), but falls short on the two-mob trash packs between bosses. I found myself playing much more aggressively on the trash packs than the bosses just to take one of the opponents out of the picture quickly. The boss designs were all unique and flashy. The environments are beautiful, and poking around in corners rewards the player with an energy boost. I found that it ran fairly well at high settings, with only occasional framerate drops. (Ryzen 9 5900x - NVIDIA RTX 3080) Not a perfect game, but an enjoyably contained 7-hour experience on the Standard difficulty for me (there are also Story and Challenge difficulties). There are Trials available after completing the game for those who want to revisit specific bosses.

Decent action-adventure game with great visuals, unique color-swapping parry system, and a relaxing soundtrack. The combat system was somewhat fun, but barebones as you do not get any new combat abilities throughout most of the game. Enemy variation is at a minimal with the same encounters but sometimes mixing up the enemy type. Energy orbs hidden throughout the world can be collected to increase your energy efficiency but the game has no backtracking system once a level is complete which is personally a negative for me. The boss fights are the standouts here with adrenaline pumping fight sequences combined with neat mechanics. The game is also rather short as it can be completed between 3-6 hours depending on difficulty.
