Its a shame that this game is sandwiched in between a lackluster prequel and a god awful sequel. If u play any game in this series pick this one.

The time I've spent looking for this game since first playing on OG Xbox has been ridiculous, I can't believe I didn't think about looking on here sooner. So glad it just hit me one night, I'm stoked. It's a little glitchy, ngl, some times I just get stuck and it doesn't make sense clicking the same darn thing and stuff doesn't work. But all in all, I still like this game very much.

I have solved the cookies puzzle in my third try... and I have spent +2 hours for lock picking a door puzzle and +4 hours for the computer search puzzle. Old point click games had a serious problem with pixel searching as a one of the main game design choices and it's a very big part of this game's in game mechanics. That annoyed me a lot. But this is a good game with good story. Give it a try if you like to want to solve some murder mysteries.

I was impressed how good this looked on the Deck considering its age. I assumed it would be somewhat of a blurry mess, but the image was sharp with no performance issues. The game itself started well but became tedious in the final hours due to consecutive, obtuse puzzles which really slowed the narrative down. To the extent that the story more gives up on itself, rather than finishing. Moderately recommend.
