I might not have a ton of playtime here since I came back mainly for the nostalgia, but man, this game was a blast back in the day. Whether I was playing solo or with my little brother, it never got old. Using the Force? MUAH, it was just so much fun. Honestly, I’m so glad this game exists, it’s one of those experiences that just takes you back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for some nostalgic Star Wars action.

This is one of my childhood games. I would play it for hours and hours after school every single day and was probably one of the few people who got to max rank and unlocked everything. This was on the PS4 though. HOWEVER, with the player base both on console and PC for BOTH games being essentially dead now, I still think it is completely unacceptable and beyond a joke that almost none of the online game modes and DLC maps are playable anymore because they are locked to online play only and without a player base, you literally cannot play them unless you are on PC and mod them in and even then, there is no AI bots of any kind on any of the maps, so all you can do is run around doing nothing but looking at the scenery. The game is only $7 right now as of me writing this review and you will definitely get your moneys worth at that price because Walker Assault and Fighter Squadron are still playable with the base maps and there is definitely some fun to be had, but if you wan to play any of the other extremely fun game modes or any of the DLC maps or modes, you are shit out of luck I'm afraid.

The game itself is 10 out of 10, but in 2024 there is nothing to do in it, the servers are almost completely empty, and if you manage to find a match, then at most a couple of people gather there, usually you have to wait half an hour to find at least some match, so I do not recommend buying it for these years

Played this game a TON on the xbox one, and that was just single player. Game has amazing replay ability, wonderful graphics still, and runs well.

Star Wars Battlefront 1: The Phantom Menace of Empty Servers A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away, Star Wars Battlefront 1 was the shining star of the Empire’s fleet. The graphics were stunning, the battles were epic, and the sound of blasters filled the air. It was a time of great joy and excitement for all who dared to join the fight. But the Force has shifted. Now, the servers of Battlefront 1 are as empty as the deserts of Tatooine. The majority of players have migrated to the newer, shinier Battlefront 2, leaving the original game a ghost town. It’s a shame, really, because Battlefront 1 still holds its own with incredible visuals and gameplay that can rival its successor. As a lone trooper wandering the empty battlefields, you can almost hear the echoes of past battles and the distant hum of lightsabers. The game is still a masterpiece, but without the bustling community, it feels like the Death Star without its stormtroopers.. impressive, but lacking the chaos that made it great. So, if you find yourself longing for the days of old, give Battlefront 1 a try. You might not find many allies or enemies, but you’ll experience a piece of Star Wars gaming history that’s still worth exploring. May the Force be with you, brave soldier, as you venture into the forgotten realms of Battlefront 1. Rating: 10/10 - A gem in the galaxy, but where did everyone go?
