Truly a once in a lifetime game, super fun and easy to play. I now firmly believe Squirrels should be allowed to open carry.

Let's be honest about one thing first. Yes, the concept for this game is so stupid, and in turn the game is stupid. HOWEVER, this game recognizes that and plays along with it perfectly. It doesn't take itself "too" seriously at any point but is still grounded to the point it never feels like its gone off the rails. Now as far as the game-play and the mechanics...oh boy. This game has some of the most solid mechanics I've seen in a long time. All of the odd quirky mechanics you would expect from a squirrel firing a double barrel shotgun feel perfectly rounded. For example, you get launched backwards from recoil and at first it feels like you're getting thrown around at random but its actually a very consistent and predictable result that with a little getting used to becomes second nature. These are the solid mechanics that you can learn to trust to help carry you through whatever the game throws at you you next. This is exactly what i always expect and want from a game. A relatively short learning curve that rewards you with a solid game-play experience once learned. I can not recommend this game highly enough.

Reminds me of the old days when a disc was the whole game. No multiplayer. No pricey DLC. Pure Fun Game.

An actual banger. The charm is off the charts, and it really did tickle that collectathon itch. There's some bangers on the soundtrack too Not without its issues though. The game is pretty jank overall. Quite a bit of input lag, random crashes, random glitches. A run button, or at least the ability to call the car in more places, would make it play smoother too. Most of this game's runtime is spent walking slowly. It is short too, but every game has to end someday, and I can't wait for the planned content. It could use more music too, and perhaps the ability to toggle that vehicle song I know my criticisms are longer than my praise, but believe me when I say it's an experience that's worth it

Fun but needs more polish, especially in the controls - sometimes shots don't go anywhere near where you aim, actual platforming is twitchy-painful, and THERE'S NO SEPARATE AIM SENSITIVITY SLIDER FOR THE SNIPER RIFLE.
