Very cute and fun puzzle game. I enjoyed this game a lot. You can play a few minutes per level or finish the game in a few hours. Sixty puzzles in total. They start off easy and get progressively harder introducing new elements/mechanics every 10 levels or so.

it's one of the most unique and relaxing puzzle games I've played. puzzles get explained in a simple manner and then they get complicated to it's limits. you have to think and the puzzles won't get too hard or too unfair.

Alright. Spring Falls is done and dusted. This is a quick, one or two sitting puzzle game. Although actually, you could just play for a few minutes here and there as well if you’re on the go. Each puzzle takes a few minutes at most, assuming you don’t get bogged down with a particular puzzle. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155715048 You begin at the top of a mountain, freeing blockages, presented as hex blocks that can be lowered, and in the case of some special blocks, raised as well; which allows water to flow down the mountain, providing a means for flowers and grass to grow. Your goal in each puzzle is to provide water to the flower(s) present, allowing them to bloom. Which is the message of the game as well. That from clean water springs beauty and life. Initially, you’ll be unblocking and manipulating freestanding pools of water. As you progress down the mountain, new mechanics will be added, such as rainfall, and as you get even further down, constant water flow and flooding will become a challenge. Be mindful of this. Just as the flowers need water to bloom, too much water can prevent them from doing so. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155714989 There are sixty puzzles in total. Some puzzles took me literal seconds to complete. Others took a few minutes. All told, I think it took me like seventy minutes to complete the game. The graphics are both very pretty and very simple. If you’ve seen the product page thumbnail, you know what the game looks like. The soundtrack features three songs IIRC. Very pleasant, and at least one features a mandolin if I’m not mistaken. It is Steam Deck compatible, and the controls are as simple as click and drag. I preferred the touchscreen for this game, personally. Seventy minutes drained about 2o% of the battery. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155906705 I think the $6.99 retail price tag is hefty. I believe I paid $2.79 for this on sale, and cost vs value is there at that price. This is a nice game worth experiencing overall. Spring Falls is a soothing puzzle game Link to Let's Play video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8epxuSKxtw Playing this game felt like meditating. There is sufficient challenge throughout, but I was always able to figure it out after a bit of work. The pace is just right so you are encouraged to keep going, and I never felt burnt out trying to solve something. I thoroughly loved the ambience, and this game is aptly labeled as atmospheric. The rain drops, the blooming effects, and the background music all created a game that I loved getting lost in. It also doesn't have a move-counter requirement, so you can play around and solve puzzles without feeling like you didn't properly optimize. Perfect for a cozy, casual evening of gaming. This is an easy 10/10 recommend!

Spring Falls is a beautiful game. The scenery is pretty to look at, the look AND sound of the different weather conditions/game mechanics are lovely, and the flowers are cute. I like that they're all different types and colors. Seeing them pop up gives me joy. Nothing is explained in this game. You're presented with a puzzle without an explanation of what the goal is. Whenever there's a new mechanic, it's just there in the puzzle without introduction. It's all straightforward enough that this works just fine, though. The difficulty level of the puzzles varies somewhat. Some solutions are immediately apparent and take only seconds to implement, while other require some thought. I enjoy this mix of difficulty levels. I definitely recommend Spring Falls to anyone looking for a chill little puzzle game. I experienced one minor bug with the achievements: On my first playthrough, when I was collecting achievements for completing sets of levels, I switched to a different device midway through one of those sets. My progress was saved in the cloud, so the game knew what level I was on, but it didn't transfer my progress on the achievement for that set of levels. Therefore, I got the achievement for reaching the last level before I got the one for that set of levels. I got it on a second playthrough, though.
