Normally I wouldn't recommend, but I think if you can get it for a few dollars on sale it's worthwhile. Overall, a very interesting game concept that is technically well-implemented, but lacks a bit in the actual fun of the core gameplay loops. There are tons of options for manipulating governments, researching cyberpunk technology, controlling the media, etc., but a lot of what you are doing on each game turn is looking at marketing angles and deciding what products to launch in each country. The marketing angles aspect is an interesting mechanic, but having to do it repeatedly every turn as the primary way of making money grinds you down after a while and stopped being fun for me.

Okay game for okay price This game is... okay. Stylish atmosphere and graphics, adequate gameplay loop. Fairly novel twist about guessing marketing angles. Really great event system, that responds to your actions instead of being pure RNG. Also, the game did succeed in making a statement about all that cyberpunk stuff and its actual ugliness and made me think about it. For a bit, at least. What is bad are the bugs. The main one is insane worker unhappiness buildup, which triggers at 150m/turn profit (which is a very low early-game number) and can wreck your game pretty easily. There's no way around it - just keep profits low and launch new projects only to offset new salaries. The intended way of dealing with it (increasing salary) seems to not work as unhappiness continues to build up until your workers charge you 10x the initial salary and you go bankrupt. Not nice. Still, overall it's pretty nice game. Buy it if you like management games and cyberpunk.

Spinnortality is a turn-based management game in which you try to control the world as a company with bribery, black ops and media. You have a choice of different victory options and strategies, so you usually play several rounds. The game system is fun and somewhat addictive. I don't agree with the author that capitalism is evil in itself and that the world can only be saved by introducing an unconditional basic income and collecting lots of taxes. A different future may look bleak in the eyes of the somewhat socialist author, but it doesn't necessarily have to be. In this game, it is only possible to have a girlfriend if you leave your company and do anticapitalist things. Which is a shame, as you are more or less immortal as long as you are in the company. A few more balanced characters would do the game good, but then you may wouldn't be "evil" any more, but just a normal human being, something that a CEO cannot be ;) Dominate their minds, before they dominate you.
