I wont give this game negative review due to the sheer amount of effort and love you can tell went into this game, however that being said I consider myself a seasoned RTS and Strategy game enthusiast and some of the missions are damn near impossible on hard difficulty. The AI cheats, never runs out of resources and has hordes of elite units roaming the map even when you cut off their supply lines. The storytelling is absolutely amazing and engaging but you have to be a complete SADIST to complete this game on hard or above.

I gave this a thumbs up only because I think the RTS side of the game has merit even if its not great currently. Potentially an incredible game but in DESPERATE need of bug fixes, balancing, pacing and other issues. DO NOT go into this game expecting things to be intuitive or to make sense. The RPG side has more problems than I can list and honestly seems almost unplayable. In general the whole game is hard to control. Good luck right clicking on an enemy unit. It feels like there is a weird delay on everything too. Eco management is absurdly confusing. I still can't figure out why I keep getting stone walled in unit production all the time even after watching various youtube videos and taking other steps to try and figure it out. I really want to like this game but its just not as functional as I would expect a finished game to be. Probably some simple fixes could greatly improve the game play experience but that seems unlikely to happen. I really hope they fix it though. Could be really good with some polish.

Great RTS - a bit resource intensive but battles are great and have good scale. A mix of the good stuff for veterans and simple enough for newbies. For new players I'd recommend mastering resource flow first (know you're resources and when you're blocked make sure to gather more for next time to achieve good timing).

Great combination of RPG and RTS mechanics. A really unique and fun game, with an interesting story and well executed RTS mechanics with the "Reforced" update. I originally bounced off the game and refunded it in 2019 because of the clunky RTS mechanics, but the game now functions really well as both an RTS and RPG. Hats off to Grimlore for really sticking with the game and improving upon it long term. A clear labor of love.

this is one of the best RTS for me near SC 2 and WC3 but sadly there are barely any players and if you are new to it you will probably get smashed everytime when you find a game i dont know thats so sad because the potential is amazing i would watch tournaments of this stuff
