This game at first is a fun party game between friends, but when you start to play it more seriously, you begin to realize the potential it has. The concept is really simple but it is so well done that you can never stop getting better, the speed conversion calculations are on point and feel natural. On top of that, this game has a very unique graphic style that not only makes it charming but also allow for very stable framerate and easily readable gameplay. I highly recommend playing this game for anyone that wants a fun time with their friends or want to challenge themselves to defeat every players.

The game got an update in 2024, nuff said. Edit: I have to point out that they reset ranks and changed the points system to a really poorly implemented elo system. Ranked is pointless now :(

GREAT party game, pick up and play. Great for casual and competitive alike. Teams allows for balancing against skill. Wish there were more weapons/gadgets!!

Ah, Speedrunner, the game that promises adrenaline but delivers frustration like it's on sale. It's like they took the concept of "speed" and injected it directly into my veins, only to watch me crash and burn repeatedly. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3121979080 🟢Pros:🟢 My therapist says adversity builds character, so thanks, Speedrunner, for making me the most well-rounded individual in my support group. The rage-induced workout from smashing my keyboard has given me arms that can rival The Hulk. 🔴Cons:🔴 The tutorial was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I learned more about patience and self-control, though, so I guess it's educational. The only thing faster than the in-game timer is my descent into madness. [B]Overall Impression: Playing Speedrunner is like attempting to juggle flaming swords – sure, it looks cool when someone else does it, but when you try, you just end up with burnt fingers and regrets. The only speed I'm running at now is away from this game.
