This isn't really the sort of game I'd play if it wasn't something I'd heard of before and extremely cheap during a Steam sale, but I did have a nice time with this one. It suffers from the one-sided nature inherent in these kind of games and some ghosts are better than others, but overall the characters are charming and fun to get to know. Riley was a nice surprise, there's a lot of things that do the whole jock with hidden depths thing but I like that he still keeps and is open about his passion for sports and being more than that doesn't mean those interests are treated as lesser. Leon's route was fun, I wish there were more instances of the ghosts interacting with each other because it helps break up the monotony of your character being a blank slate with not much personality to bounce off of. Other routes just didn't have as much going for them or felt unfinished. Taking the few hours to see everything reveals a mixed bag, but I would recommend this in the end.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this game so far! The artwork is charmingly simple yet effective. Each character is their own person separate from every day stereotypes (all but riley ?) and each have a heart-string pulling story of how they came to be a ghost and why they are seeking companionship. Its silly, its cute, and it has sweet touching moments. I got this game on sale for a buck and some change and am very glad i got it!

A cute and wholesome Visual Novel where you either date or be a jerk to 14 ghosts while trying to figure out if you're in an afterlife of somesort. Takes about 1-2 hours to complete, has alot of replay value as each character you date gives more info as to who they were before and overall it's a fun time. Fran, Steph and Gary are best ghosts!

I bought Speed Dating for Ghosts because I saw Gary somewhere and I was wondering what his little deal was. This game has way more story going on than what I had originally expected. I would recommend giving this game a try because there were a lot of parts where I had a good laugh and a lot of parts that were a little more introspective. Speed date some ghosts!
