While this game doesn't have the most entertaining game play it's still pretty fun to play through. The graphics also look nice an it runs pretty smoothly. Definitely worth buying

The developer is hands down the best independent horror hunting game creator in the scene. The Skinwalker sets a creepy atmosphere of the hunter becoming the hunted with fantastic subtle environment building lore and random mechanics for replay ability.

Now this is a proper horror game, with fun hunting mechanics and an immaculate atmosphere. The great I got kinda lucky with my first encounter, I felt like something was coming, then birds flew away from a spot, I looked there and the Skinwalker emerged, I managed to shoot him, even though my heart nearly burst out of my chest. I was like "How the hell am I going to kill this thing, in its own territory no less?!". Meanwhile in the end, I was actively hunting and tracking it down, while it just kept on running away from me and if it went after me, I knew, shot and it tried to flee! Damn, I killed the first one, while it was fleeing from me! This was my progression as a Skinwalker Hunter in this game: How am I going to kill this thing? -> COME HERE YOU BASTARD! DIE!! -> Let's feed Skinny, so that he doesn't die too soon ;) Even when I started to call him Skinny and was actively hunting the fella, the scares scattered across the various maps did a number on me. Particularly the 2nd last map, I nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw a familiar animal. Hunting the animals, getting hunter points, with which I could level up and getting their meat for various uses was rather fun. I was surprised that the cultists were mini-bosses, instead of simple enemies, like they were in Choo-Choo Charles. This game is oozing atmosphere! The not so great Too bad, there was only Skinny to hunt, in this case, I do agree that Witch Hunt was better by having more variety. The town map in Witch Hunt and its various locations were also neat. Then again, this game has more maps. In my opinion, both are very good games. In conclusion All in all, if you enjoyed Witch Hunt and the Shadows Peak games, you will definitely enjoy this one. Just know that this is mainly a Skinwalker Hunt, not a Cryptid Hunt. Meaning there is mostly Skinny, his followers and enslaved animals to hunt and not much else. I am looking forward to the next game by the dev. We definitely need more proper cryptid hunting games!

Oneyplays Sold me on this game. I found it fun. And a bit spooky. The Skinwalker was a creepin. My rifle, I go to shooting.

Skinwalker Hunt and Witch Hunt are both simple but enjoyable games. The one guy who made these did a great job! It would be cool if they were all combined and with some extra help, made into a AAA game someday.
