While the game seems rather unfinished, what is here is still quite fun, it has a good gameplay loop with a charming style.

This game isn't worth playing for more than a couple tens of hours at most, but it's definitely worth the price in my opinion.

It sort of scratches that incremental game itch. There's automation and advancements. It feels like an active type of an idle game. It's cool. Tending to your little shop is relaxing. Restocking can be automated. Zapping thieves can be automated. Too bad you can't speed up the time... The way the game works fundamentally is probably bad or something but as long as the numbers go up and it gets faster over time due to my actions, I'm not gonna bother dissecting it. It's cool. My only real complain is the cauldron system which... well there isn't much of a system to begin with, you just throw 4 items and hope for the best. You need to follow a sequence though so realistically there are SO MANY combinations to try that it doesn't make sense to not use the wiki instead. There's only a bunch of items you can get, compared to the vast amount of items, money and time you're gonna waste trying to find receipes on your own. Other than that I found visual bugs and I don't love the way that customers just go home after interaction, so if you want to buy that sombrero or sell stuff for quests but at the same time get paid for what the customer came here for, you need to wait for them to go in and out of the shop. So I end up running from entrance to entrance, only talking to those who are headed towards them. I enjoyed the game though, it's a silly little project and it's perfectly fine to be just that. It's slow and gets boring so I only recommend it to people who like incremental games and/or want a change of pace for a moment.

It's not bad. It's certainly a bit buggy and feels rough around the edges, but the gameplay is simple and satisfying enough. i would recommend if you're looking for a simple game that you can play somewhat passively to kill some time. it can be more than that too if you want it to be. there's a good amount of stuff to unlock which adds new features as you build your shop. overall, not a bad game for $5 but it's definitely a crude game.

Honestly it's a little bare but for some mindless fun this game is actually pretty decent. It does have a sequel that I've yet to play but for $5 or ~$2 on sale it's not a bad pickup. I can't say you'll be logging countless hours in the game as it's pretty much an AFK sim after a couple hours but if you like having a multi-task sort of environment then you may enjoy the game.
