This games art style is so dope, it gives me kind of an Okami vibe if you stuck it in a blender with Bushido Blade. That's a very good thing. The story is short and kinda predictable but makes up for it with the fun 1 hit combat. If you have the slightest bit of interest in this game I'd say give it a try, I don't think you'll regret it.

I am hooked, Sclash is a visual masterpiece. The hand-drawn characters and painted backgrounds are absolutely stunning - it's like playing through a beautiful animated samurai film. The one-hit kill mechanics create intense, strategic duels that keep me coming back. While the roster is small, each character feels unique. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates gorgeous art in their fighting games!

Sclash is aweomse The story mode shines through its beautiful enviroments and has a well written story. It took me around 3 hours to beat but you can really speedrun it in 20 minutes if you skip every dialogue and cutscene. But this is not a negative point since these 3 hours were really enjoyable and serve as a good tutorial if you have trouble in the duels. But the really interesting part are the duels with other players. With the game being so easily accessible it doesnt take long for you to have really tense and fun matches (or just matches in which you want to mess around). The fights are always fun to watch as you can see the effort the animators put into every single frame of the characters. If all of this wasnt great enough the customization advertised is also great and gives every player more personality. Having 5 characters with dozens upon dozens different swords and masks is really enough to make every player be unique. The only con this game really has is its lacking playerbase. You will have a hard time finding players as of right now but if you join the Sclash discord the problem is pretty much solved as you will find people willing to play over there :) I cannot recommend this game enough :>

My new favourite game. I just wish there were some online players. Perhaps an invite system would work. Letting you know someone is playing, with potential to 'invite' brave duel wi stranger bold, through wailing winds and the swaying fields of red speckled sunset gold..

Basically as simple as "rock paper scissors", an almost meditative, calm yet tense fighting game. One hit, youre finished. Samurai Style :D No combos, no button mashing. Precise strikes and action/reaction. Everyone can play it, and soon you will feel the "oh cumon how did that hit me?! i want a rematch!"-loop kicking in. Play the demo (online also possible with parsec, no problems) and if you feel like helping the small devs, grab it!
