The art the gameplay is solid but the story and voice acting is just okay, which is fine for a game of this scope. I got interested in this game after playing Two Strikes demo, which I think is a great game and more people should check it out, I thought both were made by the same people but I was wrong.

A very interesting game. It's tougher than it might seem at first glance, because you really have to time your strikes for that perfect 1-hit kill. There's a story mode which was enjoyable enough. The story is as cliche as it gets, but it works very well for what it is. You'll have 4 unique characters to play with, plus a "ronin" up for your customization as you please (the unique characters can be customized too). The voice acting in the story is surprisingly good, the backdrops are quite stunning and the overall artwork like a "moving painting" works really well. The story also plays around with some Japanese mythology to create some twists. The online mode basically does not exist because something like 2 players at a time worldwide play this game, but the AI on Hard is quite challenging. Solid game, pick it up!

lovely game never. The art style is gorgeous and the game-play is so engaging and fun. i enjoyed the story just enough to finish it, i thought it was just a bare bone story but it was based on asian folklore. I really like the game despite the reason i bought it was mostly just to have a sekiro like fighting game to play with my friends.

I am hooked, Sclash is a visual masterpiece. The hand-drawn characters and painted backgrounds are absolutely stunning - it's like playing through a beautiful animated samurai film. The one-hit kill mechanics create intense, strategic duels that keep me coming back. While the roster is small, each character feels unique. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates gorgeous art in their fighting games!

Sclash is aweomse The story mode shines through its beautiful enviroments and has a well written story. It took me around 3 hours to beat but you can really speedrun it in 20 minutes if you skip every dialogue and cutscene. But this is not a negative point since these 3 hours were really enjoyable and serve as a good tutorial if you have trouble in the duels. But the really interesting part are the duels with other players. With the game being so easily accessible it doesnt take long for you to have really tense and fun matches (or just matches in which you want to mess around). The fights are always fun to watch as you can see the effort the animators put into every single frame of the characters. If all of this wasnt great enough the customization advertised is also great and gives every player more personality. Having 5 characters with dozens upon dozens different swords and masks is really enough to make every player be unique. The only con this game really has is its lacking playerbase. You will have a hard time finding players as of right now but if you join the Sclash discord the problem is pretty much solved as you will find people willing to play over there :) I cannot recommend this game enough :>
