Scavenger SV-4 is incredibly creative and entertaining, the horror elements genuinely made me so scared. The lore and tidbits you get is so cool and entertaining, I love the designs for everything from the animals, robots on the planets, and the ship. I just wish there was more to it, more game play. I love rougeikes but this would be so much better with a fully fleshed out game where you go planet to planet collecting items, getting stronger and stronger each planet. I feel like its constricted to its genre how it is and the game could be incredible if it was expanded,

Got this game because I was bored and knew I could always refund it if I didn't like it. End of my first play session I had spent 2.5 hours on the game, explored multiple planets, nearly got eaten by an alien life form and had an imaginary astronaut tap on my window. Overall the game is pretty good by my standards.

Nice little game that scratches the itch that you might have if you've played Voices of the Void. Unfortunately, it is rather short and a roguelike on top of that, so the experience is more akin to a taste than a full meal. Honestly, though, with a fleshed out story and longer gameplay loop, this could be a whole thing all on its own, but I'm glad the dev took the time to make a game like this. We need more like it.

I love games like VOTV, and this just really hits my itches that I like in this sorta stranded/isolated genre of games, and gets perfect sorta scares out of me like when my music player suddenly stops from likely rebooting it feels me with tension since it usually plays constantly with no hicups just to calm me, or when you get *that* artifact and you start experiencing so much little things that make you really jumpy. I do sometimes wish games had more life like content or modding but at the same time the experience is what really matters, and even though some games may only have like 10-30 hours of content they're still worthwhile experiences and I can't say anything really negative about this game. It delivers on everything really well and is just an amazing and interesting concept, and in practice it works really well. It's scary, tense at times, relieving at others, and overall just a great experience to just start a run and read all the text you'd like. If you really care about score you should play on the normal difficulty as you can still get a decent amount done before you start dying at around 2000 sv of radiation and you aren't severely penalized for playing on the easier difficulty, just a little fun challenge really, but if you care for the story and the little micro stories you can discover like from artifacts and your own personal story just play on easy, you are indeed severely penalized so expect a low score well below 100k, but it's still really fun since you get about 3 hours of gameplay as opposed to 1-ish hour of gameplay till you start getting issues arising and impacted score (health of your character influences how much of your score you do end up retaining, so if you are trying to reach high make sure you don't reach severe radiation damage which is over 2000 sv or you'll only gain 50% of score instead of 70%) overall though amazing game. 1000 sv / 10 would recommend
